Fast forward 18 months and as others have reported, the follow up on repairs are not bad --- they're horrendous. Try and picture if you can what it was like to wait for a cable guy in the 90s -- someone who gave you a 12 hour window and then didn't show up and didn't respond when you called them. Let's start with the fact that the gate literally fell off an 18-month old fence. In what world does that happen? Then, when I called, and emailed to have it repaired, the person picked up and was pleasant and THREE times on three different occasions told me not to worry, that someone would be by between (pick your 3-4 hour time window) to fix it. They never showed any of the times, dodged phone calls, made excuses, and ignored me. They even had the audacity to leave read receipts on their texts so I know they got them and then they continued to ignore me. Do yourself a favor, find another fence company -- this one is a complete disaster.

Now post are all mostly loose and not aligned in line to each other When you complaint ,they turn it around and try to blame you for the issue you are having. The Field Supervisor said I was the biggest complainer they ever had. I stand up for myself and I am a retired Contractor and Realtor, I have installed and over seen the installation of many fence installs. The sale man made a drawling of the fence out line with measurements. The sub contractor did not follow it at all some short some long. Not one of the polls are in aline with each other in a line. The heights of all horizontal polls on the main top of the fence are not aligned on the fence. Will return with many photos to show you .

I let that go and proceeded to have to YELL my inquiry at her. I wanted an esitmate and to talk to someone regarding my options for a gutter replacement at my rental property. She took my number and insisted on my billing address but I stated very clearly my billing address was not for the property I wanted the estimate on to which she rudely said I need a billing address! I gave both addresses and my contact number. She said I forget the guy's name would contact me shortly about coming out. I never heard a word from anyone and then to my suprise on 9/24 I got an estimate from BG Siding. They didn't even 1. tell me they were coming 2. ask what I wanted and 3. tell me that they had been on my property. Of course the estimate is very vauge and I know they don't know what I wanted done so how the heck to they give me an estimate and by the way it was not that fairly priced either. I say go another route. Find a company that cares about potential customers and the service they provide. Too bad too because my dad really liked them and they do all his rental properties. Today, our family received an email from Eddie Green inquiring as to the status of our siding. We told him we had gone a different direction. The email said, verbatim "Yeah, I figured that when I drove past your house and saw the crew there." This is borderline harassment and stalking behavior. He then directly insulted my fathers intelligence and made some disparaging remarks about his character. The mere fact that such an email was sent is absolutely unacceptable. If Mr Green had known that the job was completed, he sent the email out of spite and jealousy. Insulting a potential client is absolutely horrible business practice, and completely childish. This review is not exaggerated or embellished in any way. I urge you to avoid Bob Green siding
