That was the best $60 ever spent ($5 extra charge for deep tissue, and of course, tip). Lily, my masseuse, was amazing. Training for my first ultra marathon, both my feet were in need of the best massage possible. I was nervous the deep tissue might be painful, but no, it was perfect. Lily knew where to put extra attention, and also massaged my legs, back and head. Needless to say, I will be back. If you take cash, there is less of a charge. The ladies there are all friendly. Asked me to pay twice?! Solid Technique, But Some Comfort Details Missed. I found myself here last minute on a Sunday morning after my usual massage spot was fully booked. I called at 10 AM and they were able to take me for a 10:30 AM appointment--so grateful for the availability! Booking & Check-In & Check-Out (ASK ME TO PAY AGAIN?!): The front desk was friendly and efficient. I opted for a 30-minute body + 30-minute foot massage and chose the deep tissue upgrade (+$5). Paid upfront, and the front desk walked me to a private room--nice touch. CRAZY THING IS.. She asked me to pay again at the end. Thank god she recalled I paid in cash because I don't have proof I paid in cash with no receipt?! Pay with credit card to ensure you have proof. Massage Experience: My female masseuse was skilled, especially with deep tissue work on my shoulders and back. One surprise was the use of hot stones during the back massage--relaxing and helped open up tension. However, I came mainly for foot and shoulder relief, so I would've preferred a hot towel wrap or warm soak for my feet (which other places typically include). As the massage went on, I noticed the room temperature felt colder, especially after the hot stones opened up my pores. My feet were left uncovered, so I tucked them under the towel myself. I eventually asked for another towel because I felt chilly. Room & Ambiance: The private room was dim and quiet--very calming. The restroom was clean, which I appreciated. That said, the interior of the private room doesn't quite match the look or feel of the front lobby--it's a bit inconsistent and could use a more cohesive design if they want to elevate the full experience. Would I come back? Maybe. The deep tissue massage was good, and the staff was professional. But for a massage to feel truly relaxing, details like room temperature, foot warmth, and overall ambiance matter--and that's where this spot fell short for me. Still, I see potential here, and I hope they continue improving. Tustin has a lot of foot massage spots, and with a few tweaks, this one could really stand out. I called 15 minutes before a scheduled time and they were able to take 2 people for a 60 minute foot massage only for $45/person. If you wanted a deep tissue foot massage for 60 minute foot massage it would be $50/person. We were there for an hour and it was pretty peaceful. I believe I even fell asleep briefly. The 60-minute foot massage isn't all foot massage, they work on your legs, a little bit of shoulder/neck/back/face. I could have asked for more pressure which you can let them know. Very quiet ( when the masseuse and the front person spoke they kept their voices low so it wasn't distracting ) paying in cash is preferred as they charge $2 for credit card - although they have an ATM inside that charges $1.50. it was was easy to get an appointment - maybe because i had a massage at 2:30 - i was told it becomes pretty busy later in the afternoon and early evening. plenty of parking around, the area is nice and not scary . i got a couple of gift certificates so my sister can come and try it for herself. read more

I'm very frustrated to be writing this review as I've had quite a few good massages from Rebecca here. Today during my massage by Lucy, I had to several times ask her to please go a little lighter. I asked for a Swedish and she was most definitely doing a deep tissue. The concerning part of my massage was at one point she left the room to get something & left me laying on my back fully exposed. My legs were out and I was laying in my underwear. She left the door completely wide open so that other customers walking by could see me. I was very uncomfortable and thought it would be respectful to close the door until she came back. read more

First off let me Say if you'd asked me a few years ago this would have been a 4/5 Star review, unfortunately the last several experiences have been ranging from 3 star at best to now 2 times in a row I've had the absolute worst massage and now my absolute last chance ended with me walking out halfway through a massage, sounds dramatic right? But it was really that bad, atrocious, painful and rushed, sloppy the opposite of relaxing. If your business is supposed to create a relaxing environment and you're being rushed in, rushed through & hurt all while bright lights go on and off, loud conversations just completely unprofessional behavior. read more

Had a "treat yo self" day over the holidays and stopped in for a Swedish massage. The receptionist was super responsive and kind on the phone, and very welcoming once I arrived. The massage was an hour long for $55, and included a free upgrade to include hot stones. I had a private room, but they also offer foot massages in a more communal space. My masseuse was excellent and very communicative. Her pressure was solid and I really appreciated her working out the knots in my shoulders. I could tell she gave extra attention when she felt the knots and that was great. Besides that the best part was honestly the face massage. I didn't realize I was holding so much tension in my face and my masseuse relieved it all. My only regret is not adding on more time for feet. They have an option that includes feet but I did not choose it, and the little amount of foot massage felt like a tease. Next time I'll be sure to do the feet. I'll definitely be back! read more

This was a great find! After some travels my feet were in a lot of pain. I was able to walk in and had the best foot massage. Its a shared space, but talking is kept to a minimal. I love this place. Whenever I would call in (with the exception of a few instances), I could always do a last minute walk-in and get helped right away. There are private rooms available and they are clean and well kept. Not a lot of noise during the sessions like some places I have been to. The masseuses are mindful and would ask what level pressure to apply before starting. They would also ask during the massage session if the pressure is right and adjust according as needed. I like that they open until 10pm because at the end of the day, I sometimes just want to get a massage and just unwind. Prices are reasonable. Shady when it comes to the payment. Buyers beware. They want you to tip before and they get mad if you ask to tip after the service, which makes the most sense due to the tip being based on the experience. Right? They are a very sketch. Good Foot Massage, but having to pay before the service was a bit unusual. Because I was paying before the service I did not put down a tip. Once it was over and I was walking back toward the front office the receptionist was ready with a pen and my receipt, telling me tip tip! I told her I was going to my car for cash, however there was a language barrier and she kept holding the pen out, so I went ahead and added it on the receipt.
