I've been to a few massage places in OC and LA and I find this place to be my favorite. I first heard of this place through a friend and eventually went myself. I liked it so much that eventually I also brought my mom. They have mentioned that they liked it and have always left feeling relaxed and less tense. I can say that I share the same sentiment. Linda and Helen are amazing and very good at what they do! I recommend you ask for them. The customer service at the front desk is also good and it's nice that they accept last minute/same day appointments. Got the full body massage and although the price was great, I did not love my massage. The business has lots of parking and is clean. The room is shared with a divider in between but still noisy (especially if the other customer is talking). My masseuse was just okay, didn't ask my preferences or if I had any specific areas to work on. Later on, once the other customer in the room arrived and their masseuse introduced himself and asked about preferences, my masseuse asked the same questions (better late than never? lol). The only part of the massage I really enjoyed was the foot massage which was ~10 mins at the end. I wanted to enjoy it. Unfortunately I did not. There were a number of reasons. 1. They charge a $3 fee for use of credit card but do not tell you that when scheduling. 2. The person doing the massage kept farting. Didn't even bother to apologize. 3. The massage was inconsistent, some was really good and other was just running the hand up and down my skin with no pressure. 4. There was not any communication when he left the room. He did come back a couple minutes later with a towel for my feet but by that time I was up and heading out. 5. I got locked in. Returned for a second time because I had such a wonderful experience initially. But WOW am I in bad shape. Everything about the ambience and waiting for my appointment was fine. Once my massage began, it was really extreme pressure to the point where you could feel the masseuse's elbow into my spine - actually rubbing my bones instead of my muscles. I kindly requested less pressure, which my masseuse definitely understood however as the Massage continued, pressure increased again. I typically have a pretty strong tolerance to high pressure massages but I'm writing this review because it's been three days and my back is so sore. It's genuinely painful. I would have to get another massage just to alleviate myself from this last one. Pros: Friendly staff. Ambiance was ok, I liked the dark lighting inside the rooms as it did help to relax. Cons: Unfortunately, like some of the other reviews, my back seems to have gotten worse after the massage. The massage was more painful than relaxing. I'm not sure if my masseuse Andy is just better for those with stronger backs but it's been over a week since my massage and I'm still having back pain. Andy was very friendly but sadly the massage has done more damage than good. The head rest of the massage table was not comfortable either. I would suggest a different masseuse if you feel like you have a more fragile back. read more

They're super nice here and I don't care if there's a Groupon or discount. After a long day at Disney, we stopped by here for a 60 minute foot massage with scrub. Worth every penny $40 each with $2 card charge. Disney day 2, we came back and did a 90 minute foot massage that brought us back to life $60 each plus $5 scrub and $2 card charge. Massage was okay. Didn't really like that they had multiple rooms and there were only 2 customers that I knew of and stuck us both in the same room. They also had me pay first and I didn't put a tip down because why would I tip before the service I'm getting. Just for me to finish the massage and for the masseuse to stand right by the door ask the receptionist to ask me for a tip. It was strange for them to do that and frankly made me feel uncomfortable. We originally came about 7:30 pm but we were asked to come back @ 9:00pm so we can all get massaged at the same time. The front desk worker was very kind to suggest that for us. Located in a plaza, parking is readily available and easy to find. I had called and requested for an appointment time and it was available. Upon arrival, they were expecting me and got me to a room immediately. Was got a 90 mins massage and it was great. The masseuse was very professional. I was laying face down and vulnerable with my eyes closed, trying to relax, when I felt something tickling my nose and lips. I sat up and a huge, fat cockroach crawled up from the hole where my face was. I can still feel the antennae tickling my nostrils [silent scream]. I quickly sat up and got dressed, shaking out my clothes and shoes to make sure there weren't any roaches hitching a ride home with me. They refunded my money. At the time, I was too shocked to even be angry. Instead, I actually cried on the way home. It's unfortunate because I had been going here for years. I have not been able to schedule with Angel and have had different ladies since then. Recently, I came in with a stiff upper back from working out. I asked for more pressure and got it but it hurt a lot and not in a good way. She was just going in with her elbow but not really feeling for the knots and working them out individually. I think I left with more pain than I did when I arrived. Went for a couples massage and my masseuse was too rough I had to tell her twice to go softer because it hurt. And this is was just a regular massage I can only imagine a deep tissue. My husband wants to go back and give it another chance I'm still iffy.
