TLDR/Food: Decent 3/5 Service: Exemplary 5/5 Ambiance: Quaint 3/5 Food: This is a decent Teriyaki restaurant. It is certainly the best we have been to in Wichita. The quality of the meat was high and the portions were reasonable for the cost. The teriyaki sauce was flavorful and the options for having rice, fried rice, or noodles with your protein was a nice value add. Service: The folks who run the restaurant clearly care. Bout their clientele. It shows in their attention to detail and their willingness to engage their customers in jovial banter and light conversation. I appreciate that they had refillable soda and that their sauce packets were readily available. Ambiance: While there was nothing particularly wrong with the decor or restaurant cleanliness wise, it was not visually that interesting. I would go so far as to say the most interesting part of the decor was their pair of Ginseng Ficus Bonsai potted plants which were happily sitting together next to their soda machine. read more

the food was ok to good. but the online menu is very misleading. the prices appear to be really reasonable. if you call your order in expecting these low prices from the online menu, when you arrive to get your food and they ring it up, it's almost double. change your online menu to reflect the actual prices! read more

Very few items on the menu to choose from which isn't a problem. the teriyaki chicken did taste pretty good. Unfortunately it came with way too much sauce on top. Ordered the fried dumplings. Also known as a "gyoza" and they didn't even have a sauce for it either. They're meant to be had with the sauce makes the gyoza. Was trying to ask the cashier if they had rice vinegar so I could make a makeshift sauce for the dumpling and and she cut me off and replied "NO! thank you goodbye" which made it awkward because I was eating there. Also, asked for a cup of water which I never received. I do want to clarify the food did taste pretty good. read more

I LOVE this place! The family that works here is so nice. They have remembered me before, by name when I've come in. I get the chicken teriyaki and white rice. The flavor of the teriyaki sauce is so delicious and the chicken is always fresh. I can see them preparing an actual chicken breast, cooking it to order and cutting it fresh. The prices are amazing as well! You also get a normal portion size and not something overwhelming. Love this little business and will continue to support it! read more

I love this place for takeout comfort food--I've never been done wrong by them over many years. The pad Thai and teriyaki beef are some family faves, and we always have to get some egg rolls too. Lackluster Asian food. In the last few years I've been here a handful of times, never walking out all that anxious for my next visit. I think Tuta's basic failure is how your meal is sold to you- Not fresh as possible. Meats, rice, veggies, etc (excluding fried items, that I noticed at least) you'll find pre cooked served out of buffet style containers. Cooked when? Who knows but it was at least before you arrived. I'm sure, or at least I hope the time from the pan, to the other pan, to my carry out styrofoam isn't more than a couple hours.... but then I again, I have no idea of knowing. So why not two stars? Well I admit to being a fan of their almost too sweet teriyaki sauce... and yeah, the prices are easy on the wallet. read more

I grew up in Seattle and there are as many Teriyaki joints as there are Starbucks. Glad to have found Tuta's to fill that void after moving to Wichita. Great Chicken/Beef/Pork Teriyaki with amazing WHITE rice (Fried Rice goes great with Chinese Food). I haven't tried their PHO yet but you can't go wrong with any of their Teriyaki dishes. Quick service great for take out or you can eat in. Nice family run business....support local! read more

Delicious place for pho, spring rolls and crab Rangoon. The pho isn't oily and comes out hot and fresh. The huge spring rolls, which could be a meal by themselves, come with the usual dipping sauce. The crab Rangoon taste more like crab than cream cheese, as it should be. The owners are kind and very welcoming. Give this place a try and walk away happy. read more
