I thought I ordered teriyaki chicken not teriyaki soup.

This place has gone down hill for years I'm about done coming here. This to-go order got everywhere and has way to much "juice" Disgusting!!

Nothing to exciting. Order at the counter The food is delivered to your table. Had Mongolian beef and fried rice. Nothing outstanding about it. Basic ambiance and that's stretching the term. Really wouldn't recommend There are better places to get "Chinese" food . Service is basic just delivery of food to the table. I will not return Its meh!

    This needs to be fixed/replaced.

We used to go to emperors a lot when I first moved to Wichita. Since then we have branched out and tried other types of Asian-style restaurants. We went in today so we wouldn't get hanger whilst on our shopping trip. And boy they didn't disappoint. They offer a variety of dishes ranging from hibachi grilled chicken, steak, calamari, and shrimp served with fried rice to lo mein dishes served with the same meats to other types of variety dishes. Today I had the lo mein noodles with chicken and egg rolls and they may be the best lo mein noodles I've had in a while! Must try. Egg rolls are also delicious and their sweet and sour almost has a raspberry tang to it (and it looks as remnants of whatever sweet mixture are floating around). The nice thing is that they have a variety of sauces as well. Only downside is that the seating is appearing to disintegrate. There was rip in the only booth we sat at and cushion was non-existent. This is the reasoning for docking one star. Seats: 1/5 I recommend take out Food: 5/5 Service: 5/5 Atmosphere: 5/5

Super good for a fraction of the price of sumos or kobes! Faster but just as good! We got hibitchi chicken and sweet and sour chicken. Both come with heaping helpings of rice.

First of all this place has great lunch specials that make it an awesome bargain over similar restaurants. Between 2-4 pm you can order fried rice with a drink for $3.99. See the picture above, there's more than enough rice for 2 adults. If you have kids this is a great place for a quick lunch/dinner that won't kill your pocket. I also ordered an egg roll, a crab Rangoon, and 5 pieces of sweet and sour chicken. It was way too much food for the 2 of us. The egg rolls are more like large spring rolls, and the crab rangoons are pretty much the same quality as Dillion's, the sweat and sour chicken was just a little better than Dillion's, but the fried rice was great! And they have the best fresh made hot mustard and sweat and sour that I've had at any quick Asian cuisine place. If you get the sweet and sour chicken I recommend getting the fresh sweet and sour out of their sauce fridge, its much better than the typical sauce that comes with it. I was really surprised I liked it as much as I did, I don't usually like fried rice. You can't beat lunch for 2 adults for $3.99. On top of that I liked the layout of the store. It was clean and I liked being able to watch them cook the food. I like being able to see into the kitchens of the places I eat. PLUS they're open until 10pm. I will absolutely return. Pros: GREAT lunch specials, great fried rice, price, quantity, late hours, easy parking, clean restaurant, great spicy mustard. Cons: Their egg rolls could be better, but you know what it was $.75. I'm not crying about it.

Really good takeout habachi. Good fried rice. Don't try to order on the phone, it's so loud you won't understand anything.

It's mediocre fast food Chinese. Not great good, but not bad either. It is what it is. I still love it.

We came in as a party of five at 8:30pm, fully aware they close at 9. We ordered quickly and respectfully, excited to enjoy one of my favorite dishes: the chicken katsu. I've raved about it to friends, especially the generous portions--normally two large, pounded-out chicken breasts per order. But tonight was a different story. We ordered a bibimbap, 10 wings, a roll, gyoza, a child's katsu, tempura and two chicken katsu meals (close to $20 each). For our katsus instead of full portions, it was obvious the kitchen split one order between both plates--then handed the scraps to the child's meal, which we were told would be "half" an adult size. It wasn't even close. Not only was the portion insulting, but the food wasn't fresh. The chicken was dry, overcooked, and hard as a rock. I couldn't even bite through one piece--I had to spit it out. When we brought it up, they offered 10% off. Honestly, that felt like a slap in the face. I had just convinced people to come here based on how good this meal used to be, and instead I ended up apologizing to my guests for bringing them here and still paid for meals we weren't fully served. If you were low on chicken, in a rush to close, or just had a lazy cook that night--own it. Don't try to pass off a single meal as two. That's not just disappointing--it's dishonest. This experience was a joke. And if that's how regulars get treated, I will regular no more.

A lot larger than I expected--could definitely accommodate larger parties. Very slow for a Sat afternoon.

They said set anywhere and I did well apparently the table was not clean so I cleaned it.she came back and was rude and I said you are really rude and she said well your rude for seating at a dirty table and it's like ok so you can be rude but I have to just take it?? I said you really suck as a waitress and she said I don't care and fine we are leaving and she said good. If I was the owner I would fire her she is awful and just cost you money. Never eat at Wasabi on Maize! It's been a good year since I was there, the foods not great but My grand daughter likes the gyoza So we went this is our experience verbatim We walk in, just pick a seat anywhere We went in but it was super cold so we sat at a table that all she needed to do was wipe it down so since the rag was there I wiped it down, someone else came in after us and she served them first, ok no big deal then she comes over and this is our conversation Her ( waitress ) you need to move so I can wipe down the table Me : I already did it Her: ( eye roll ) whatever Me: Wow your very rude Her: no your rude for sitting down before I wiped the table Me : what is your problem He: I Dont have a problem you do Me: well apparently you don't care for a good tip Her : I don't care, no Me : well I guess we will go somewhere else Her :good As we were leaving I did call her a b**ch she said right back at ya Lol lesson to this story I should not have reacted to her rudeness just asked for a manager but knowing my luck she was the manager. I should have held my tongue ate the food left a small tip and wrote on the receipt so the manager could read it. I should have been not let that little sh*t rile me. But I saw for myself exactly how the far left are not just read about it. She felt it was ok for her to be rude but god forbid I call her on it and react to her rudeness then as soon as you react she than can say, well see she's rude too. Arguing with someone like that was like talking to a brick wall. I have been a waitress, I have owned my own restaurant and bar, there are right ways and wrong ways to act and if she worked for me and I over heard our conversation she would have been fired on the spot. The silly thing is it was over something so small but when she rolled her eyes at me and said whatever my mama tude took over. Was I wrong? I could have handled it better for sure, I could have done a WWJD and made it a learning experience for Izzy but dang it I ruined that, I feel bad but.....
