I had reservations for 7pm. It's 7:30 and still not seated. The building is hot. The thermostat says it's 81 degrees in the waiting area. While the thermostat is set at 69 degrees. The floor is extremely sticky and food everywhere. The weeds out front are overgrown. For some reason there is a hose running from the outside spigot to up on the roof. They were even receiving a food shipment from the back of a SUV. Seems kind of shady. They said they can't serve alcohol, but you can bring your own. Can we say we either lost or failed to renew their liquor license. So why do they still have bottles of liquor behind the counter on shelves. This didn't bother me as we don't drink. Health Dept might want to check this place out. The attached photo is the current room temperature in the dining area.

The entertainment was better than sumo and Kobe's!

AMAZING!!!! The chef was so entertaining!!! We had such a great time and had us laughing the entire show. The food was delicious. Our steaks were cooked to perfection!!! There was a slight wait but not as long as Sumo or Kobe. We will 100% return! So glad we found this place. Side note: the outside looks low quality but don't let it fool you!

Love this place!! The food is cooked to perfection, the staff is incredible, and the portion sizes are huge! Exactly the same if not better than Kobe's! Definitely better than Sumos though. I recommend getting a reservation before your arrival.

Give these folks a try. I have had a better experience here than at the alternative on the west side. Old Tokyo Steakhouse has done really tasty food. Service is pretty good and plenty fast and attentive, especially when busy. We've eaten there on 7 occasions and have yet to be disappointed. I've tried everything but the lobster. My favorite has to be a combination of the chicken, shrimp and scallops. We will continue going there and dragging friends and family along as often as we can. Also, the fried rice, pretty dang good, plenty of flavor.

Took over an hour to seat lots of people and left kids waiting and let others in even though they came later. Will never come again!

First, you get bread, butter, and salt. It's quite good! And it seemed like you could get more if you wanted. The appetizer we got was the wood oven roasted feta.. WOW. First, I know a lot of people don't like feta much but this tasted nothing like feta. It was like that super duper cheese taste on cheap pizza... spectacular. The mushrooms weren't really picked but still good, loved the pesto.. I didn't use the flat bread but it was great on the bread I mentioned above! I wasn't expecting this to be so good, it's crave-able. Heard the steak was good, they also got the loaded baked potato.. no complaints. I got the salmon and it was also way better than I was expecting. The beans?? Woah, they are so much more than just beans. They're so savory with bacon and spinach. I couldn't figure out what the yellow sauce was but it added a nice bright note. The beans were the star but the salmon was also good- the fried capers are a nice touch. It was seared super hard and a little overcooked but I didn't give a temperature so I shall next time. Overall this place is great. Totally worth the price although pricey. My bill was for the salmon and I got a dumb fancy water I regret but after tip it was $75. The steak and appetizer plus a soda was $90ish. So, yeah, $$$ but great vibe, great food, great service. Added to the list of go to places for sure!

Compare to Texas Roadhouse and Outback Steakhouse, this one in Wichita is much better, unlike both of those steakhouse chains which turned out to be too much of a good thing, Scotch And Sirloin always keeps its promise by having a quiet atmosphere by having 1950s decor that made the steakhouse look like a 1950s restaurant and a perfect place for people of 1950s lovers. I went with their prime rib, onion rings, calamari and creme brulee, all of them were delicious and the service doesn't disappoint either. I definitely did not regret going to this restaurant one bit, will sure be back. Also, photos were taken on February 28th of that year.

Ambiance is okay, I guess.. dated a bit and weird with the place mats... makes it seem cheaper than the bill was. We went at 5pm on a Monday - it was pretty empty which was perfect. Didn't start to fill up until we left around 7ish. You do have to pay for parking but there's a garage on the block and I think my ticket was like 3 bucks. First we ordered the baba ghanoush... as you can see in the picture it is not very appetizing looking but the issue was it was SO bland! I'm an eggplant fiend and it tasted like water almost. We sent it back and got the charcuterie board... meh. It was fine, I guess. Don't recommend. The sauce in the middle is sweet? Just not my taste. I wanted to order the salmon by three (annoying it's impossible to find a picture of the dish online, if it's anything like everything else we got it probably wasn't good)... they weren't able to get fresh sushi grade salmon or the roe so they had an impromptu dish offering- salmon with fettuccine in a caper sauce topped with fried ham... it was SO salty! The salmon was dry. It was a good sounding dish just poor execution. Desert we got the raspberry emerald tart, against our better judgement as we hadn't had anything tasty yet, and it was so cold and not fresh that it tasted like nothing. The pistachio cream had fully soaked into the crust. It was just a miss, it was careless. That pretty much describes the whole meal (except the servers!) - the chef did not seem to care at all. Very disappointed, will not be back.

My wife and I have begun to cycle Siena Tuscan Steakhouse into our favorite date-night choices…read more The menu has a good mix of dishes that most people will be familiar with and some options that are more unique, at least for the Wichita area. The steaks taste like high-quality meats and have always had a perfect temperature and sear, and their pastas and sauces taste like they're made fresh daily in house. I am not a fan of the grilled Caesar salad, as I didn't realize (because the menu didn't specify), that they basically just serve you uncut romaine that's been wilted on a grill, and it was pretty unpleasant. That said, most of the things on their menu have been very good, cooked properly, and taste like they use fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is nice and classy, but not so stuffy that a normal person feels out of place. There is a nice indoor balcony area that overlooks the main dining room, but if they're busy I would suggest waiting for a table in the lower dining area, as the balcony is pretty loud when the restaurant is full. Service has always been very good, with friendly staff who accommodate special requests and act professionally, but they've never blown me out of the water. That said, all I really want from a server at a restaurant is for them to do their job without acting like they're miserable to be there, so I have zero complaints with the staff. My only real "complaint" with Siena Tuscan are the prices...while the food is very good, you pay for it, and there are quite a few items on the menu that I feel are about $3-5 overpriced. The portions are not huge, which is common at higher-quality restaurants, and sides are not included with many of the dinner menu items, so you'll pay extra for them. If you are accustomed to "Texas Roadhouse" portions and prices, you may feel a certain way about the value for money, but in our experience the quality of food justifies the cost. That said, it's not unreasonably expensive, and in more than 6 visits the worst experience I've had is not liking the grilled Ceasar salad, but I think they've since taken it off the menu anyway.
