DO NOT COME HERE!!! I'd rate 0 stars if possible. We bought two yogurts, paid $20.28, just for the yogurt to be spoiled. I went back to asked for a refund because these are not edible and was told they will not issue one. Very greedy establishment who does not care about their costumers or their health. Check your cameras and carefully review. If your employees and you believe that that's creating "a scene and yelling" then you should not have a business that involves dealing with the public. This location has way over 10 bad reviews stating your flavors taste SOUR. They've gone BAD. You need to correct your mistakes & own up to them. There is no A.C in there & this is a yogurt spot? Tutti frutti is a great brand. However, the brand is sold to independent operators and must use products provided by a company called wellspring industry. This particular location is probably on the verge of closing (my opinion) lack of product minimum selection of yogurts , this location had no traffic completely empty and yet very expensive for the quality of the yogurt. I left a review previously about this location and I figured that enough time went by so I took my daughter again. After we served ourselves and tried our frozen yogurt, once again it was SPOILED!!! I mean how does this keep happening? I let them know and they told us they can't refund me but to serve ourselves other flavors, I didn't like the other flavors so I settled and it probably weighed less than the first time so I was out money there. I was excited to try the Thai tea, and at first, it tasted fun--maybe it was the boba? But after one sip, I knew something was off. I took it back to the gentleman behind the counter to let him know, but instead of addressing my concern, he immediately got defensive. He told me they don't do refunds--which I get, or else people might take advantage--but the way he handled it was rude. This place is my go to for froyo but lately some of the flavors with dairy taste...off. Very fizzy and not good. I love tart but some (not all) have a bad flavor. I also tired a sample of the new sugar free cappuccino flavor they have today and (I enjoy sugar free drinks, desserts,etc) the taste is not great. It's really a hit or miss at this point. Went here today, my daughter and I got some yogurt. We started to eat it and I thought my yogurt taste funny and I maybe thought it might have just been the flavor but then my daughter also started to say her yogurt tasted off. FOOD POISONING! My daughter and I visited this place yesterday. We purchased 2 large cups and spent $20 we only chose the mango frozen yogurt and we put strawberries, white chocolate chips and captain crunch cereal. When we got home my daughter ate 3 spoons of the frozen yogurt and she said it tasted bad and she didn't eat anymore. I tried mine, it tasted weird but it had been a hot day...so I ate the whole cup to cool down. As I kept eating it I kept trying to figure out what the bad taste was. Then it hit me ..the yogurt tasted like BUTANE. Like the stove smells when you try to light up the pilot and the gas leaks because the flame doesn't come. I woke up today(next day) with the worse migraine of my life and then I started vomiting fluorescent green. My husband had to take me to the ER and when they asked me what I had eaten the day before I told them about the yogurt incident. They said I had gotten POISONING from the yogurt and the fluorescent green vomit was the proof. So when you visit this place take a sample and smell it and taste it before you grab a full cup of any flavor. I AM NOT LOOKING FOR A CREDIT BACK ...I WANT YOU THE OWNERS TO TAKE A 2ND LOOK AT YOUR MACHINES AND INSPECT YOUR PRODUCTS. This place USED to be amazing. Now with the new owner, they are very unfaithful with their Foursquare discounts. My mother was charged 50 points from her account for a free pho and the cashier said she can't do that and can't give us the points back. The only she can do is write the point on a paper. She is very unprofessional, attitude, body language, and everything about her is unnecessary for someone who is working in customer service. We will NEVER COME BACK AGAIN. We used to always come here for our frozen yogurt needs. Until one evening last week nothing was working, there was no cups, only the huge ones. Minimal flavors. And then to top it off once we started to eat it, it was all bad! One tasted like dish soap and the other like fizzy soda it was completely not the normal yogurt we're used to. The frozen yogurt was SPOILED! As we walked in the place had a weird smell and the frozen yogurt tasted rancid and had a sour taste, as soon as I tried it I felt a weird sensation on my tongue and even after eating it the ice cream gave me a stomachache.
