The next morning, June 13, 2026, at approximately 11:40 AM, I called the bakery and spoke with an employee. He seemed rude and uninterested in helping resolve the issue. He told me to bring the cake back, which I had no problem doing. I arrived at the bakery around 12:00 PM, only to find the business completely closed with the blinds down and the doors locked. What makes this even more frustrating is that the employee knew I was on my way, yet failed to mention they were closing. In addition, the business hours listed online state that the bakery is open Tuesday through Saturday from 4:00 AM to 7:00 PM, which was clearly not accurate. I will be returning on Monday to request a refund and return the cake, since the bakery is closed on Sundays. I am very disappointed with both the quality of the cake and the customer service I received.
