When we walked in, there was no one present behind the counter, but there was a female worker (young lady with brown hair and blue and silver nails) in the back area who my husband saw and who clearly saw us standing there. She didn't acknowledge us and once she finally walked out from the back, she STILL didn't acknowledge us. She walked over to the back counter and said nothing. Her demeanor was very off-putting and honestly I should've walked out, but my son really wanted some ice cream. She finally walked over to us and no lie, she literally just stared at us!!!! No hello, no welcome, how can I help you....no greeting whatsoever. Just downright RUDE. It took everything in me not to say anything, but I proceeded to just order the ice cream (against my better judgment). We weren't offered any toppings, sauces, etc and it was like she just wanted us out the store as quickly as possible. Not even a set of napkins were offered to us. Another customer came in after us, and wasn't treated this way. Interesting...But, I paid for the scoops and left. The experience was so uncomfortable that I will NEVER EVER set foot in that shop again. It's unfortunate because our ice cream is actually really good (hence the one star given). But the customer service was a ZERO across the board. I didn't give a monetary tip because it wasn't deserved by any means. But here's one you could use: Treat EVERY customer the same...NOT just the ones who look like you!!!

When I stepped up to the counter, I was greeted by a big LCD screen to order from. The menu was quite expanded from what I remember so I just ordered a couple Tacos and a combo burrito. Ordering was easy, I was the only customer inside at about 8:30 pm, and before I knew it, my order was ready. The taste was ok, but one thing noticeable is the cooked ingredients weren't hot and not really warm but barely Luke warm. I should have returned it but I was kind of in a hurry to get home, so as I type this I'm a little worried if I'll get sick or not. Not the best first impression when a basic order with zero crowds doesn't meet public health standards for temperature. If I don't get sick, maybe I'll try again. To Del Taco management, please use this review for feedback to train staff on proper health standards and be sure cooked items are at the proper temperature.
