They also don't charge for electrical cords, vents, and disposal of the old appliance etc. as many of the big stores do. They delivered my dryer the day after I bought it. The guys that delivered and set it up were very good, pleasant and efficient. The last time I bought an appliance from a big box store, the man who delivered it gave me a hard time because he had to switch the door of the washer from the right to the left which the store knew it needed to do.
