I redid the painting and window repair myself and the paint matched and the leaks stopped. I know absolutely nothing about home repair. The leak repairs don't look great but there's no more water coming in. I did for less than $100 what they couldn't do for over $3,000. They told me to pound sand as far as getting any refund.
