I see pictures on their Facebook page of happy groups of dogs in the yard, and the occasional picture of Stella with one or two other dogs. We have used them for boarding, daycare, and grooming, and we're always happy. Staff are very responsive about booking dates for boarding, daycare, and grooming appointments. I have two shih tzus and, knowing how much skill their coats require, I made multiple attempts to call ahead and confirm that this groomer was equipped to handle long-haired breeds. It was difficult to get anyone on the phone, but when I finally spoke to the owner, I was assured that they could manage the job. I explicitly requested a simple trim: faces, ears, and feet Had the owner herself groomed my dogs, perhaps this review wouldn't be necessary. Unfortunately, someone else did -- and the results were beyond unacceptable. I picked them up between work appointments and was in a rush, so I didn't examine them closely until I got in the car. I was stunned. Both of my dogs had bald patches on their faces where there had previously been full coats. Their appearance was so jarring. This was not a minor miscommunication or a matter of preference -- this was a clear lack of skill and care. If you have a long-haired breed and value their grooming look elsewhere. This place is not equipped to handle the job, no matter what they tell you on the phone.

This review is long overdue !…read more We used Paw Pals walking service for a long while for our two dogs, Reggiano and Mozzarella. Our schedules changed so we no longer need their service. The walkers that came to us were wonderful. They respected our home, rules, and always treated our dogs like they were their own. Aylin was normally assigned to our pups. She would always send us great photos and updates from her 30 minute walks/ playdates with the dogs. She took the time to figure out what worked best for our two. The dogs, or The Cheesies as she called them, were always thrilled to see her. Our dog, Reggie, also went to daycare at their facility for a few weeks, but because of his dog reactivity/ easy overstimulation, we decided that utilizing their walking service would be better for him. I loved that they picked him up from home for us. Their services really helped us out and made us not have to worry about how we would get him to and from the facility. Reggie also received a bath/ blowout at their facility and he came back smelling great.

I was so excited to get an appointment with Jen's daughter Andrea She shaved my dog (in December! ) to the skin. Terribly lazy and incapable. I asked to shave the mussel it was not even trimmed. Tried to bring my friendly dog back, he refused to go. He happily goes to the vet but not there. I advised of my asthma and no perfume- the dog smells like sweet vomit a mile away. Note 38 pound Portuguese water dog is considered large and the charge is $120 plus charges and tax.
