My son decided last minute (10 days before prom) that he was going so I felt I was never going to be able to get a tux in this short span of time. We were told we didn't need an appointment. Walked in. Store was very crowded. I was so pleasantly surprised that we were waited on immediately. They had unlimited options. Took my son's measurements. Super helpful. They gave him several different things to try on. In the end (a half hour max) we had everything ready to go. My son was able to pick the entire outfit up in 2 days. My mom and I came here looking for a mother of bride dress. We attempted to make an appointment but their recording said you didn't need one. When we arrived it was utter madness. We had no idea a prom trunk show was going on. The smell when we walked in should have been an indication things would be bad. It was like being punched in the face with cockroach spray. People were everywhere wondering around. Racks upon racks of dresses in large plastic bags in every square inch of the store. After a few minutes an employee came over, gave a a rolling rack and told us to help ourselves. We were instructed to start digging through the racks and place whatever we wanted on our personal rack to try on. Things were organized by color but not by nice. It was impossible to find anything or even see what the dresses looked like since they were all in bug bulky bags. It was worse than Marshall's on Black Friday. This was not the type of experience I'd hope to have with my mom for such a special day. We left without trying anything on.
