They made the entire experience so special, and I'll never forget it. I went to Cloud Nine Bridal with a dress that I purchased in California and it needed to be hemmed…read moremaybe 2 inches shorter. Makayla did such an excellent and thorough job, getting me in for two separate fittings, with just weeks to go before the ceremony (out of town). She really took her time and made sure every detail was paid attention to, bustling me up to make sure everything evenly touched the ground and the train was still intact, etc. She even recorded a video of herself doing up the bustle and talking through it so I could show my maid of honor the morning of the wedding so there was no confusion. Something else that she did that I was really touched by was that she saved all the lace trimmings from the alterations and kept them in the bag with the dress. I ended up wrapping this lace around my bouquet and it matched everything so perfectly, and added a little bridal touch! Again, I was not expecting that and it just shows how she thinks of everything. Also, the cost to get it altered was extremely reasonable, which was a breath of fresh air, considering every other vendor seemingly likes to triple the cost of anything when you say the word "wedding." Altogether I was super happy with my experience and I will be recommending this place to every Idaho bride that I know.

Taylor was my consultant and she was great - helpful, to the point, and let me take some time to think about the dresses I had tried on rather than trying to get me to purchase one before leaving. Not only that, but she helped me narrow down what I actually wanted and made me feel comfortable and beautiful the entire time. After I did find my dress, Marcella herself came and told me congratulations, as well an open invitation to continually ask questions and collaborate on every part of my dress. Affordable Bridal and Tuxedo could have steered me toward buying one of their dresses (and in doing so, would have increased their bottom line) but instead encouraged me to bring in my own dress to see if it could be altered enough to work. I didn't even realize they did alterations when I walked in the door! Erica went above and beyond and altered the dress to fit THE VERY SAME DAY! We had to get creative to make things work, but in the end, I get to wear the dress I love, and the creativity that Erica showed will make the piece memorable and unique. Highly recommend!

We had a 3PM appointment which began with a long wait to even be seen. Her stylist looked at photos of my friend's top contenders and told us "Yes, we should be able to find you something." One of the greatest parts of our dress shopping experience at other shops was when our stylist had intimate knowledge of their inventory and their ability to pull dresses that matched my friend's taste. So when the stylist went from asking for pictures to turning us loose in the store, we were taken aback. For $50 we were asked to look through their inventory and waste our appointment time. From here the stylist spent the rest of the appointment balancing between nonchalance and complete indifference. Having my friend remove gowns from their plastic covers and replacing them. After a painful hour and a half my friend did find a dress she was interested in, but after the experience she didn't want to purchase a $2k dress from somewhere she felt unwelcome.

Unfortunately did not have a great experience here while shopping for my sister's wedding dress…read morerecently. This was our first stop of three appointments and it started off great. Our stylist (whose name we were never told) was attentive and excited to help my sister find the perfect dress. She is getting married in Vegas, so was looking for a super fun, and potentially short dress. They didn't seem to have many short dresses, which was understandable and we were willing to have one heavily altered if need be. The stylist did pull a few short dresses (all the ones they had in stock her size, I think) and a few long ones that didn't make much sense, but also encouraged my mom and I to look around. I found a great short dress, but it wasn't her size. Only then did the stylist inform us that they are under new management, and couldn't order ANY dresses. This seems like something that you would have lead the appointment with, especially if you're encouraging guests to shop around without telling them where the proper size areas are. Overall, she pulled some nice dresses, but many of them were just way too matronly for the occasion while others were very casual and didn't suit my sister's style at all. The stylist didn't seem open to feedback, and when it started to become clear that we probably weren't going to be buying a dress from her that day, she eventually just walked over to talk to the receptionist and left us while my sister was still in her last dress. Overall, would not recommend the inventory or staff at Bridal Collections. I hope they can get things figured out, but a little humility goes a long way, and we didn't love having our time wasted.
