It was really expensive which I was fine with but my dress was way too long still at my wedding to the point where I was stepping on it during my wedding and it actually ended up tearing. As professionals who alter dresses I was expecting that they would know what the right length was. There were other hiccups such as putting in cups in the chest area to eventually having to remove them. I tried the dress on when I went to pick it up and the chest area would not fit. I let them know that I could not wear the dress like that so they removed the cups. Overall, I am disappointed with the service I got. I bought an expensive dress, paid a lot for alterations at amazing alterations and now have a dress that is completely ruined and was difficult to wear on my wedding day due to the length.

It does get a bit nerve wracking when they bring out the scissors and start cutting your dress, but don't worry they are professionals and know what they are going. We were in that sad excuse of a store for well over an hour and we were not acknowledged in the slightest. There were about 6 employees in the store and not a single one could have helped us. You're better off buying brand new. . . . …read more Update to owners response on 8/24/24: I went in to your store that day with my sister from out of town to shop the wonderful world of Consignment and Second Hand which is our favorite thing to do. We were in the store about 10 minutes and not one time were we greeted with a hello, a nod or a "let me know if I can be of help" and there was no one else in the store with us. We both looked at pricing of jeans, tops & shoes. The Jeans were $45 - $56, tops $20 and shoes $40 give or take. My sister later went to Goodwill and purchased Jeans with the tags still on them, the cost, $8 each. I totally understand the need to keep a business afloat at a Consignment shop and prices have to be set higher, but that option of requesting a reasonable price was not offered to either of us or we would have been very interested in buying. And the store is near Gonzaga and I'm sure college students can't afford the prices either. I hope next time I pop in I am given the warm reception that you mentioned in your response.
