4 hours agoNEW So I would have loved to give them praise for trying to help but after misleading me to believe that my rental would be there for my event and then calling me two hours before my wedding to let me know it was finally there makes them a joke... I then asked to cancel my rental and was refused a refund because "there are only three of us at this store and we talked about this order." The associate that measured me was great, too bad I can't say the same for the management and that's coming from a manager. read more

We used this place for our wedding to get the guys' outfits. Nice people working there, very reasonable pricing. However, the quality of the tux's were terrible. All the guys said they felt like they were wearing plastic. One of the groomsman's sleeves was waaaaay too long so they hemmed it and it looked like a four year old did it. My husband's shoes were falling apart and another groomsman's pants had a tear in the crotch. Everything went fine, but definitely would recommend people go elsewhere for better quality items. read more

NORTH CANTON OHIO TUXEDO JUNCTION IS A RIP OFF!!!!! Horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE, run from this store! My husband (father of the groom) was the first to go in and get measured for our son's wedding, 6 months prior to the wedding date. The guy, JOHN said "do you want to put a payment down or pay for the whole rental" my husband said "pay for it all today" John: "ok $108.04 out the door my friend" so I asked (because we rented a tux 2 years ago for my other son's wedding and it was over $200) Wow..how much for shoes? Johns response was "that includes shoes because your son and fiancé went to a bridal show and got a really good deal" we go back a week before the wedding per email for final fitting and at that time the sales girl says "you owe $56.00 more dollars. we inform the girl that we are paid in full. (and tell her the 108.04 out the door transaction with John months ago) She looks in the computer and says "yeah that's weird because I see where everyone else just put down $60.00 bucks...let me call John" she did and of course he doesn't remember us or stating that & THAT the 108.04 was a down payment!!! ((((ok this is almost funny, what customer comes up with 108.04 as a down payment!!!)))) So she informs us that they also forgot to order my husbands shoes and because we are disputing the extra monies asked for, that we would have to return 3 days later and deal with John. John called my husband and said that we bought stuff "ala cart and prices are subject to go up" WHY WASNT THAT SAID WITH YOUR CATCHY $108.04 out the door MY FRIEND statement at the time of sale?!!!!!!! He comes up with some lame story that my son changed the jacket and that raised the price, little does JOHN REMEMBER that he told us 6 months prior that our son did not decide on a vest yet but that wont change the price. We called our son and he said that was a LIE. My husband goes in on Thursday to pick up the tux and one guy tells us we are paid in full, the guy next to him says "no he isn't , Kevin owes $31.00 for shoes." John comes over and says "no he owes $56.00" All a bunch of BS! Second problem. My son Eric went into the store and paid a down payment of $60.00 3 months prior to wedding and a week before they charged the balance due to the same card WITHOUT any authorization!!!! read the reviews and RUN RUN RUN from this store. Its not like people are trying to get something for nothing, but when you QUOTE something and these people are representing your business, you may want to train them about backing up what you say. This store doesn't give a crap about their customers, they KNOW THEY HAVE YOU OVER A BARREL, because you NEED the TUX 2 days out from the venue. Karma will get them. The lady who runs the shop I'm guessing, she is very rude, not patient, customer service skills are horrible. The only time she does her job is when the customer gets stern with her.The young man is very professional. But my experience was horrible if I was getting married I would have immediately went else where!! read more

I had a total of 8 tuxes that we chose to rent. Only one ended up being the correct size. We didn't find out the others were wrong until 2 days before the wedding. Some we're one day before the wedding. Some of the people we spoke to acted like we didn't matter and they did not care about our situation. Wedding planning is very stressful as is but when almost your entire bridal party's tuxes do not fit and your hours away from getting married, it makes it even worse. My mom ended up speaking to the owner because I just couldn't bear the stress any longer. I had other vendors that were being nightmarish and I was in full blown panic mode. Some of the issues were my husband's pants were literally 8 sizes too small. They didn't have him try anything on and only eyeball measured. My father in laws pants were too long. My brothers didn't fit at all. Everything was too small. Another groomsman pants were too short and too small. I get being maybe an inch off or it not fitting exactly the way you want it to, but these problems were just ridiculous. I would not recommend this place for any rentals. I was also told we had to wait on their shipment to arrive and they couldn't tell me a time frame. Mind you, on of my groomsman was able to try on pants when first getting measured that fit great! I don't understand how this all happened. If you are planning on looking to rent from this place, I highly suggest you look elsewhere. read more

Had to rent a tux here as part of a wedding party. Even though I specifically asked them not to order shoes with the tux, they did it anyway and charged me extra for them. The manager there at the time basically said "too bad, it's already been ordered" and I had to pay for them. They also, with all three of the groomsmen, tried to charge us more than we were quoted (separate of the shoe issue), seemingly in hopes that we just wouldn't notice. It seems to me they're trying to take advantage of the chaotic schedule in the days leading up to a wedding. I'd avoid this place. read more

Terrible! Only reason I got my tux here is because the groom was trying to save us a little money. Bad choice. Terrible at the first fitting. At the final fitting they tried to give me a complete different tux for a completely different wedding. Then they gave other groomsmen the wrong colored shirt. So they gave extras to the last one to pick his up. All the extra shirts were the wrong size. Then I just got a call from them being rude saying I didn't drop my tux off. Which I didn't because my sister in law lives a lot closer so she did it for me to save me a trip. I assured them she returned it. So I call back and again tell them it was for sure returned and the guy blames it on a kid who works there and hangs up. What a joke!!!! I've never even wrote a review before but hopefully this saves a different wedding party some grief on what should be a easy matter read more

I was in the store on a busy Thursday night (6/18) looking for wedding tuxes with my fiancé. While we were looking around the tall male employee with dark hair and facial hair told his female coworker that Mark was on the phone for her and wanted to speak with her. She was directing us and others in the basement due to a tornado warning and was trying to help us remain calm. She had to excuse herself to take the phone call upstairs. After she had gotten off of the phone with said Mark, we came upstairs and she looked upset broke down into tears. I do not know who this Mark is but whatever he said clearly upset the employee, which is bad customer service on his part. read more

My experiece at Tuxedo Junction was terrible. When my groomsmen and I went in for our first fittings they only measured us and didn't have us try anything on. When we went back for our second fitting, two days before my wedding, my tux was outrageously huge on me and we didn't get the style of tux I had chosen two months before. When I questioned the manager he stated they had to go with a different style.. no one had told me this up until this point. The style we had chosen was much more expensive than the one we received.. and they insisted that we paid for the lesser priced tux up front. My now father-in-law didn't get the right sized vest and his shoes were not the right size. Not only was the service bad, but my adjusted jacket and pants didn't make the shipping schedule the day before my wedding and they had to put an urgent request in for the day of. I am extremely dissatisfied with the overall experiece and I would highly recommend going anywhere else for your tuxedo rentals. read more
