The changing rooms are spacious so if you choose a large gown or have two little flower girls you're trying to keep wrangled you're in luck. I took some clothes to Formal Fantasy to get hemmed and altered. I got the items back quickly, the price was fair, and the work was high quality.

No one called me when the issue occurred and when I went to pick it up it was behind the counter. I don't know how long it had been sitting there, off display. They told me they'd fix it the next time they went to the cleaners, but couldn't tell me when. The stains obviously a lot more set in than if this had been fixed immediately. Thankfully it's only a $60 market value shirt. It's been over two weeks since I spoke to someone I thought would actually help. Went in today and he'd spoken to his boss but hadn't made any attempt to clean the shirt Your items aren't safe here and they won't tell you if they damage them.
