I spoke with Cathy in Business Development, and she took the time to actually go through my account and see what she could do for me. She got my bill down to around $140 a month--with no changes to my service!! Same great internet, HUGE savings. I honestly couldn't believe it. Cathy was so helpful, easy to work with, and actually looked for what made the most sense for my business instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need. I definitely recommend reaching out to her!

I now have filed a complaint with the FCC it turns out during original installation 5 years ago the named modem and router the same name thus causing device's to be confused when trying to log into mesh router. Sparklight has been horrible to deal with. You would think being in a regional manager position you would at the very least answer emails and customers concerns. We paid appropriately $300 month for 5 years for shoddy service all this is documented I told Sparklight I would absolve them of any future for a 3 month credit they are afraid to respond and set a precedent as they know we are not the only customer that's being treated unfairly. I won't give up until the FCC makes it rulings Kenny.walker@sparklight.com Kenneth.walker@sparklight.com please use these emails for all your unsatisfactory service customer complaints and all technical issues. Or you can escalate at www.fcc.gov. The only way we have any power against them is to stand together as one

I have repeatedly reached out to support on this issue. In calling the company, they told me they use CGNAT which explains the issues. This is a MAJOR security flaw. (2) I am getting 250 Mbps of speed when I pay for 1 Gbps. While this may not sound like an issue, this does make a difference when your business is IT. I have repeatedly asked their tech team for help on this. (3) I pay additional for a static IP and have been told it is only static temporarily till they decide to change it, which defeats the purpose. This is causing me issue with email delivery and connectivity. On the positive note, the installers of fiber optic were some of the nicest people. For the reasons of security, I would strongly discourage anyone from using this business.

The best speed they could offer was 3 Mbps, yes "3.0 Mbps". We only got 1.9ish if and when it was up. I ran speed checks multiple times per day to confirm the speed. Down a couple of times per week for hours, and every night at about 9:30 pm. No tech support after 9:00 pm and none on weekends. The employees were ok, but the service was HORRIBLE. Fortunately for us, they finally pulled out of our area and I went with Starlink. Starlink has been a God send, works perfectly, but rather expensive. I would have gladly paid 360 the same price if they offered the same service, but NOT.
