Speaking from experience when you crash your car the last thing that you wanna have to worry about is paperwork and dealing with questions and all kinds of people so that you can just get back on the road again. State Farm made it to where it was one and done, they didn't haggle me to approve my claim. They transferred my insurance from my old car to my new car that same day. I just wanna say State Farm is the best.

Their treatment of my mom is the very definition of elder abuse and fraud. Cheryl enrolled my mom into a plan that was in no way to my mom's benefit. To boot, she did it out of cycle so my mom continues to receive invoices for late enrollment. In spite of numerous visits to the Nampa office and literally begging to be removed from the plan in which she was enrolled, HIA continued my mom's enrollment into 2024. They even went so far as to tell her that "nobody here will help you" the last time she called in December 2023 to make sure she had been un-enrolled. Absolutely shameful. I'm not sure how Cheryl sleeps at night.

And he got me into a plan thru Blue Cross-Blue Shield that actually saved me money and provided me with more benefits with no additional costs other than the cost of Medicare Part B. When I went to their offices for some assistance with something and Ernest was out for the day (at a conference) I was assisted by their very helpful staff and got the answers I needed. Can't recommend them enough. If you are about to go on Medicare I HIGHLY recommend you call or stop in and they will professionally help you through the process.

When i called to express my dissatisfaction, the suggestions was I could call Oregon Mutual Insurance. I do not send money to Oregon Mutual I send it to Deb Williams insurance, that office doesn't want to hear from anyone pass it on. I had a Key stolen for my car and today when I called to see if it was covered, again I was told to call Oregon Mutual Insurance and see if it was covered. Customer service does not exists in the Deb Williams Insurance office, pass it on and keep sending your money is what happens hear. Additionally, I was at a home show and saw Deb Williams Insurance booth with no one to be found. They do not want to talk to you, you should resolve your problems as they have shown me nothing but disregard to customers service. I don't think they know what the word means!!!
