I take my dogs here to groom and there grooming service isn't bad. But I recently bought a dog from them and he seemed so scared of people. He then started crying a lot when trying to sleep and so I took him to the vet er and they told me he had distemper and it was very advanced. I had to put him down because he was in so much pain and miserable! Whatever shots they gave him are shitty ones that don't work. Don't get pets from here you'll regret it. read more

I purchased a dog here and when I brought her home she started acting weird (I'm thinking she's just timid as it's a new environment and she's a baby). Next day she was very lethargic and timid still. I took her to the vet a few hours later as it was scaring me and I found out she had gout and parvo, but that's weird because she was said to have all shots at the shop. Later that day I took her home with her medicine and in the middle of the night I heard yelping. She was crying and wouldn't stop while peeing herself. I took her to the vet asap and she ended up passing away on the drive there. Do not recommend buying animals from this place. read more

I took my Chihuahua there for a nail trim last summer (2025) and they held onto my Chihuahua so harshly that she bit the lady that was holding her. It all happened so fast I didn't have any time to react and I honestly think if I had reacted, the lady would've dropped my dog. I would never go back to that place.. I would've left a review sooner, but didn't realize I could on Yelp. I was so upset I didn't have the energy to protest even paying so paid the bill and left. read more

This was my first time walking into this store and never walking back in there. The puppies had no water, cages are full of poop from inside to outside. The kittens are 3 in one with the litter box, food and water taking up the whole cage. Both of these animals were not moving looked at their mouth it was super white. Bunnies, ducks and chickens were all full to the brim with animals. The conditions of the animals in the store is deplorable. I came in the store and found a 4 week old kitten that I could not bear to leave there in the conditions it was in. No heating pad or blankets, just a wire cage with newspaper. Getting fed wet food for adult cats not even a kitten blend. The store associate said her siblings had already passed and they had not sought out any veterinary care. Upon taking the baby home, she was infested with fleas and covered in flea dirt. I probably removed 30 fleas from her tiny body. Unfortunately, despite my best efforts She passed away a few days later. I'm begging the owners and the workers of this store to do better. These animals deserve so much better. I'm absolutely heartbroken. read more

This place was recommended so I stopped in. I couldn't believe how many finches and parakeets were in a small cages. The cages are small. Sun Conures need to be able to move around up and down the cage. WHERE ARE THE TOYS???? Birds need toys with color to stimulate them. They need something to play with and not ONE cage had a toy. I dont care if you have someone come in and clean their cages daily, that's great. You say you've been in the business for years but the cages have no toys in them. ** Birds are highly intelligent animals and toys are an important part of their mental health as well as their mental and physical agility. Toys encourage exercise and provide good wear for the beak and nails. Toys are used for holding, hanging, exploring and chewing. ** You SHOULD NOT BE in business and it blows my mind that you are. The cages are small and have too any birds in them. There are cages on top of cages and to me thats unhealthy. Birds that should have tall cages to climb and move around are shoved into a small cage. WHERE ARE THE TOYS??? Birds should have beautiful long tail feathers but because you have them shoved in a small cage they are broken or missing. You can tell me you've raised birds for numerous years... blah blah blah. Remember, raising birds doesn't mean you know how to care for them. I was recommended to go to this shop for my dogs hair cut & I will never be back at this place they left my dogs hair cut bad, I asked for a trim & round face & they left my dog bald & they cut her lashes off as well. My dogs is a shih tzu with a lot of fluffy hair very nice and taken care of at home & they ruined her hair cut i am so disappointed. I did not pay for the shity work they did even the owner agreed for me not to pay he knew his workers did a horrible job & they got yelled at when I was walking out. The lady's there don't know how to cut dogs hair they will leave your dog bald. I don't recommend this place if I was able to give it 0 stars I would. And the owner did not want me to leave a bad review but I had too because this place is horrible. read more

I have been going to this shop for a year or two for grooming on my Shih-Tzu. They always did a good job, and their prices were the same as everywhere else. Last month, I brought my dog in, for a grooming. We didn't notice any problems with her eyes at all, and neither did my daughter. When my daughter and I picked her up, they asked, "Oh, does your dog have any allergies"? Both of her eyes were barely open, and were running badly. I didn't see any swelling. She's never had allergies, but she's gotten bitten before and her face swelled up. I gave her Benadryl for a few days, and watched her. She seemed to improve a little, and was eating, but after 4 or 5 days, it wasn't going away. I decided to get her into the vet, and they said that both of her cornea's were damaged. I asked if it could have been a cat or a bug bite and they said no. If it was a cat, there would have been other cuts or scabs from when the cat clawed her. But there weren't. Just 2 deep cuts, or scrapes, in the middle of each eye. He said that if it doesn't heal, or the damage is too deep, the liquid in the eye would drain out, and my dog would go blind. I started trying to figure out what, or where this happened. Here hair was long and matted, and I wondered if maybe they shop hit her eyes with a brush, or comb, or something. I called the shop and they said nothing happened to her there. I asked them why, if they got her up on the table, they didn't stop, when they noticed her eyes, and called me right away to tell me what they saw. They didn't have an answer for that. They told me that they have cameras running in the grooming room, and I said great! I asked if I could watch the video of them grooming my dog. If something happened, she would have jumped, or screamed, or something. The cuts were pretty painful. They said they'd check, and get back to me, but they never did. If the video showed no painful reactions, then something else must have happened. Anyway, I spend $75 for the grooming, and $195 for the vet bill and the eye ointment, twice a day, antibiotics, twice a day, and pain medicine, twice a day for a week, my dog is doing fine. Although you can see little flat spots in the middle of her eyes, and the vet said that those would turn white in time, but she'd still have her vision. To be fair, I would have asked them to maybe pay half of the vet bill, because to be completely honest, I can not say that her eyes didn't have a problem when we brought her in. Her face hair was very long, but my daughter says that she was giving her close attention and playing, and she saw her eyes, and there was no problem. If there was a problem, we would not have brought her in to get groomed. I don't know why the shop didn't call me to let me see the video, but if it showed nothing, that I would have to assume that they didn't cause the problem. But they never called me back, to work with me, or to show me the video, or to let me know that the video wasn't working or something. I'm also sure that when they put her up on the table, and looked her over, they would have had to see within a couple of minutes that something was wrong with her eyes, and you'd think that they'd stop everything, and call me to come down to the shop and see her. But they didn't do that either. They never called me back to try to work something out with me or to discuss the matter any further. Back to finding a new groomer. read more

The area itself is already a sketchy looking place. As soon as you walk in, you see a bunch of super small cages stacked on top of each other in rows, with too many birds in them. The cages were so dirty and full of poop, I caught a glimpse of how they feed them and they just scoop up some food and throw it in there. I see a beautiful scarlet macaw, in a super dirty cage with poop dried up and mushy at the bottom, he was biting on the cage like he was trying to get out. They had two puppies in a very small "glass" cage. They looked depressed and one was breathing super fast, it was horrible to look at. They looked miserable, sick, and like they had given up. I feel very bad for ALL of the animals in this place. It looks absolutely neglectful, dirty, and horrible conditions. Animals shouldn't be living that way. Please don't come here! I really hope this place goes out of business, for the sake of those animals. Extremely neglectful. I would give 0 stars if I could. Do not come here, please. read more
