This is a horrible grooming shop. The owner does not follow instructions. The owner over books, the owner does not do FINISH GROOMING. SHE IS NOT A GROOMER. I was over charge for a Standard Poodle Puppy whom she wrecked the coat. My dog is a Show Dog. She charged $ 140.00 I will only use Poodle Groomers in the future. They do the work and are less costly. The grooming is really bad. The legs were cut so short, can't make any poms. The main was cut too far on the back. Will take months to grow. I had taken pictures for her. Theresa did not follow directions. She over books and at 4:30, my dog was there since 9:30. She only did 1 1/2 hour work and charged $ 140.00 I have requested a refund. read more

Took my two dogs there for quite a long time. The last time, Friday, was cut multiple time between the back legs and a cut under each front leg. I did not call them but I cannot trust them with my dogs. Friday had one cut the width of the shaver from the top of the side of his penis to his stomach. Took almost 3 hours, when I made my appointment I was asked what for, when arriving I was asked again what the appointment was for I said just a wash and nail trimming, I come back 3 hours later with my dogs hair cut,loose hair and damp hair , nail bleeding and very close to her tissue on all four paws , they let my grab my own dog out the cage without her leash , and I had to ask for her leash . The whole service was 20 dollars I left a tip , but I suppose you get what you pay for . But I don't recommend this place. read more

I am so upset. This was my puppies first time getting a hair cut and I asked for them to leave it long and just give him a trim mainly along his legs. It took them 3.5 HOURS & they SHAVED him. They didn't even do a good job shaving him, it's so uneven. When we came to pick him up he was so traumatized, timid, and quiet. I don't even recognize my dog. I will not be coming back here, I am so upset. Also, over the phone when I booked the appointment they said it was going to be $30-35 for the cut/wash/nails. When I picked him up the price shot up to $40 because they said that the price they originally told me didn't include the haircut? Yet over the phone when they told me the price I even double checked to make sure the price included everything. Do not come here, I should have read more reviews. read more

My mom has been coming to this place over 3 months and never had an issue. Today was her appointment to get her 7 month old puppy groomed. When she dropped off her puppy she informed a woman not to cut his hair short. Hours later at close she received a text message that her puppy was ready. She picked him up and they completely shaved him! My mom informed them she didn't ask to shave him their response was he had knots!!! It will grow back in 4 weeks. I don't understand where the miss communication of not to cut his short came in. Also when she went to pick him up they informed him he is now considered an adult he's 7 months and they have to charge more? He's a puppy. Will not be back don't waste your time. read more

I am so impressed with Teresa! I've been having a hard time finding a groomer for my dog and I have finally found the perfect place! I took my dog last minute as the original groomer I take him to was unavailable and Teresa was able to fit him in last minute. Let me tell you when I picked him up, WOW was I impressed. He looks like a complete different dog! Her prices are reasonable and her work is flawless. If you're looking for a new groomer I recommend you give her a try! I have a very busy schedule. I made an appointment for my small dog to get a groom. My appointment was at 9, I showed up and the first thing they did was put my dog in a crate, amongst alot of other dogs in a crate. That was the first red flag for me. I asked how long the groom would take, and the lady stated 2.5hrs. I was kind of shocked at the amount of time it would take to groom my small dog, that was red flag number 2. I had to be a a funeral service at 1230, so I ended up heading back to pick up my dog. I walked in, and he was still in the crate I left him in. I was livid. The lady mentioned that they mixed up my dog with another dog. Unacceptable. I do NOT recommended this place. I will never be back. read more

Nice place, hard to find. Did a great job on my cat and didn't have to shave him. Affordable and they do birds.

They do a great job trimming my dogs nails but can't seem to get it right with cats. I had my cat in for a shave and asked for a mo-hawk and to make him look nice, They just shaved him all over and cut down his fur everywhere else. he wasn't badly matted so it wan't necessary for them to do this. He looks really stupid and I wont be going back. read more
