Holly is such a sweet lady and clearly enjoys what she does. Not only is she the most fairly priced cleaner Downtown, my clothes always look great and she generally has a pretty quick turnaround. I don't have terribly sensitive skin but have had a couple of reactions to dry cleaning products in the past, but have never had any issues with what she uses. Although not advertised as "green cleaning" my clothes never have an overly-chemical smell. Don't look any further for dry cleaning downtown!! read more

This place isn't bad. They did a good job on all of my dry cleaning items and they were ready within a few days. The reason I gave them three stars is because of their prices. I called to get prices and when I dropped off my items the prices were higher than what I was told. Not cool! This place rocks! They not only do a quality job with washing/dry cleaning, but they are speedy and relatively inexpensive too. Every time I walk in, Holly greets me with a cheerful smile and goes out of her way to make sure the customers' needs are met. They have always been prompt with my garments and if they miss the deadline they always offer extra freebies to make up for the less than great customer experience. Their pricing is very good for the downtown scene and they are right across from ample 2 hour parking so you don't have to worry about getting tickets at meters. read more

Clothes were washed and folded well. Turnaround was a bit slow (3 days), they don't call you when your clothes are done, and at $2.50 per pound there are much cheaper options in Denver. read more

I used this dry cleaners for months and was very happy each time. The prices are affordable, I was always greeted with a smile, and my clothes came back to me clean and looking great. ...Then I took my boyfriend's not-so-cheap suit to get dry cleaned. When I picked it up, it went straight home and into the closet. We later discovered that they had given us a very similar but wrong pair of pants in return. We were told there was nothing they could do about it. There was not the slightest attempt to begin finding the pants she had lost, let alone reimburse us for the pants or the dry cleaning cost. I understand things happen, and we should have checked the suit, but I would never go back here again simply because the customer service was so poor when something went wrong. There are plenty of other dry cleaners in Denver - I would rather give my business to any one of them than Twentyone 01. read more

Anyone who lives downtown knows how hard it is not only to find a good cleaners, but to also find one that always has available parking (sometimes you have to feed a meter!), but this is the best. I tried a half-dozen different dry cleaners around downtown after I moved here late last year. Wish I would've found Twentyone 01 Cleaners earlier, this place has been great! Fair prices, fast turnaround (regularly 2 or 3 days, expedited is available but I haven't needed to use it yet), and every time I've pointed out stains they've gotten them out for me without fuss. And the lady at the front door is always so friendly, love her! I haven't tried their sewing or alteration services yet, but given how good their cleaning services are I'll definitely try them next time I need some stitch work done. read more

I am so upset! I am disabled & can't drive. I called .twice to set a time for my caregiver to bring down compression wraps to sew some velcro on. I can't be without them for too long or my legs swell up. Overnite at the very most & that is a hardship. She said she would be there last Fri when my caregiver brought them in - she wasn't. I called on Sat & she said she could do them tues. My caregiver brought them in & she said she was too busy. My caregiver said Fri between 7 - 2. She said yes & when I called to get a p r ice said she couldn't finish before 6:30. All the time My caregiver had to take away from me & I have no help.. Do not go to this dry cleaner! Although it is cheap, you will eventually pay for it! They burned six holes in one of my shirts and tried to tell me that it was from cigarettes or my dog, either of which I don't do or own. After three days of arguing, the owner finally decided to claim responsibly and pay for my shirt. One of my co-workers has also shown me brown burn marks on his shirts from the same dry cleaner. I would pay a little extra at another dry cleaner, and avoid have holes burned in your clothing! read more
