I went here to have some shirts shortened. No buttons, really simple. I was shocked to be charged $30 for a job that probably took 2 minutes. I walked and was not about to start this process over again, so I paid (although I told the person that I thought she was charging way too much). Sure, they did a fine job because the job was easy. Dry cleaning in the Denver metro area is tough. Its much more expensive than when I lived in Chicago, DC, or Baltimore (2-3x). So what matters to me is a competitive price for the market without sacrificing quality. To be fair the cheapest place I ever went was ZIPs in the national capital region and they broke a few buttons on my shirts. By those standards. Twenty One Zero is the best I have found in Colorado. The price is competitive and Ive never had and damage to my clothes. I imagine its a tough market and they do a good job. The owners are friendly. Cash only under $10, please respect that and dont give them a hard time. read more

The woman who owns it is a thief. I live nearby, so this place is the most convenient when I have alterations I cannot do on my own. I have never been thrilled with them but my last experience was horrific and I don't want it to happen to anyone else. I brought in 7 items for tailoring - hemming jeans, fixing the zipper on 2 dresses, taking in something - easy stuff. I showed the owner who does the tailoring that one of the dresses was damaged, which is what I wanted to fix (they have a sign on the wall saying they don't accept damaged clothing so...) and the other dress, brand new, purple Retrofete Janessa dress that's $400, I had just took the tags off it but brought it because the hidden zipper couldnt get over the 2 inch section of elastic up at the back. I paid when I dropped it off. I asked to just end the zipper before the elastic and put a hook closure at the top. easy fix. WELL. I come back a week later and she says the Retrofete dress had 2 rips at the back that she 'didn't notice' and I 'didn't tell her about' and she won't touch it. Long story short, her theory is that I bought the dress, it arrived damaged, instead of returning it for a refund I brought it to her, paid ahead of time for alterations, and then tried to pin the rips on her. This dress is silk, these are rips that are not on the seam, it is a $400 purple silk rag now. She won't even refund me the amount charged for the tailoring I asked for even though she didn't do it. I asked, respectfully, for my money back. I said I wasn't accusing her, but there was some possibility one of her other employees walked past it and accidentally snagged it. She says impossible, she's the only one who touches alterations (that doesn't mean someone can't walk by it?) She also says I hid the damage from her, yet the other dress I showed the damage and she was paid to fix it (see above theory of hers). Then says 2 of my 4 jeans are not here, they are with someone she outsources, and I need to come back in a week. So suddenly there is someone else who touches the alteration pieces. I'm fuming. I can't recoup my money on the dress, or the $240 I paid her for alterations that only partially were done. DO NOT GO HERE. THERE ARE SO MANY OTHER TAILORS. If you care AT ALL about your clothes and don't want to get swindled by someone who refuses to take responsibility, PLEASE find somewhere else. read more

Brought in 4 pairs of pants to be tailored. The man translated while the female looked at all 4 pants while i tried on each, she said she could not do either one of my pants cause they were all to baggy or large. I brought all same four pair to a tailor near my work in Lakewood and the lady did all four perfectly fine, came out amazing. I don't know if they were too busy or what, but they clearly did not want my business. read more

DO NOT TAKE YOUR WEDDING DRESS HERE!! I took my dress just to have it pressed, they burned the fabric and completely ruined it. I realized when I put it on right before my wedding. I called, sent pictures and didn't want to fight so I just asked for a refund of pressing instead of for the dress. Honestly, should have listened to the 2 other reviews that said they had problems with their wedding dresses. Don't make my mistake. read more

I am not one who gets clothes dry cleaned very often. I actually go out of my way to make sure I can throw most of my clothes in the washing machine. But after a recent moth infestation I realized I had 4 coats made of wool that most definitely needed to be cleaned. Also an expensive wool sweater. I took my clothes here because it's close to my house. $45 later everything is as good as new. The coats were about $9 each to clean and the sweater was $5. Not bad considering they were all cleaned and pressed. I have also taken in my boyfriends shirts to be cleaned and pressed and those run about $2.50. They also thankfully do alterations here. I have taken four pairs of expensive jeans in to be hemmed because I am short-- they always do a good job. The stitching is straight and so is the hem line. They charge $6-$8 for each pair of jeans (not original hem). Since I'm not a dry cleaning connoisseur I have no idea if the prices are right, but they do a good job. As for alterations I know the prices are cheap... since a lot of places in the area quoted me anywhere from $14-$30 to hem my jeans. It's a small family owned business and they don't speak English very well... but they sure are friendly (even if I have no clue what they're saying)! You don't need to speak the same language to drop off clothes anyway.... read more

Amazing dry cleaners! My boyfriend and I are in town for a wedding and we thought it would be ok to touch up our suits with a steamer. Unfortunately, we ruined part of my suit jacket in the process. Other cleaners in the area turned us away because they said the suit would need to be sent out to be fixed and would take more than two days to be fixed and pressed. We only had 24 hours to play with and when we called Twentyone zero one, they were more than happy to help us in our time of need. We immediately brought everything in and were able to pick the suit up in 24 hours AND they fixed it perfectly!!! Will definitely be back if we are in town again. Great service and so friendly! I was looking for a dry cleaner who I could trust with expensive and beloved articles of clothing. I decided that sticking to a cleaners downtown was probably a good choice. I was glad I went with 2101. My clothes came back in exactly the same condition - in that the fabric on each of the articles did not look at all changed or distressed. They were able to get makeup out of mohair, mud out of a silk blend, and patch a small hole in Theory wool slacks. It's a moderately priced place ($34 for a dress, jumpsuit, and slacks), and now I know there is a cleaners downtown that will take proper care of my nicer clothes. read more

I came here with 3 cleanings and 2 alterations and when I came to pick them up, they told me to wait another 5 days. I wasn't upset by this until I came back and saw that work that was done on my alterations... they used black thread for my light colored pants and shirt making all the alterations very noticeable. I'm happy that I checked Yelp first to find a local dry cleaners instead of just going to the nearest location to my house. Holly's reviews are legit, as I couldn't be happier with the service and pricing that I've received every time I've been in there. I didn't find any place downtown that has a lower cost to launder/press shirts ($1.90). There's also a few free reserved parking spots on Market St. (right in front of the door) for customers to pick-up /drop-off their things. Personable, friend service along with fair prices. DO NOT GO HERE FOR SEWING. My girlfriend had a shirt that needed several stitch repairs. The stitches to repair were clearly machine stitched. The repair that was done was done by hand and looked like a 10 year old learning to sew had done it. It was unreasonably messy and completely impassable for a professional tailor. It was nowhere close to what the original stitching looked like - 4x the size, loose, and the thread was all over the place. It was so bad I wish there was a way to upload a picture of it to yelp. read more

I moved to Denver 2 months ago. I have waited this long to dry clean my suits because I have been doing my research around the area to find the right spot. I wish I had a better result. I had 3 suits and 6 shirts in to get done. 2.5 suits and 6 shirts look to have made it through unscathed. Unfortunately my new, tailored, never before drycleaned suit jacket didn't make it out alive. The sleeve was still dirty, the back was torn up, and now is unwearable. When I went in there to discuss the situation the what I am assuming is owner was in denial and no help. When searching for excuses, she used "my suit jacket is made of coarse material which can snag", "this has never happened in 15 years of business", and other lame duck excuses. She went as far as telling me that she thought I wore the jacket and did it myself. I left the situation with a phone number to the person she sends her business to get cleaned and no solution or help to fix the situation at all. I know my experience is an anomaly or she wouldn't be open for 15 years. I am more frustrated that she acted like shes never ruined a piece of clothing in 15 years, or had a protocol in place to help a unsatisfied customer. Just excuses. I came here because I was recommended. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place. read more

We had driven all the way from California and I felt we needed to take everything to a dry cleaners so that the creases stay sharp for photos and the ceremony. I hate leaving bad review but my experience was a disaster. Brought a really expensive white silk dress size 4 here to have cleaned. Made them aware that it was a special item. Went to pick it up and was given someone else black size 16 dress instead insisting it was mine lol. They had misplaced my special dress and was not able to track it down for a week. I finally did get it back after having a heart attach. I also dropped another dress off at the same time to have it hemmed, tried it on and everything when I dropped it off. Come to find out that they never even hemmed it at all, unfortunately I found this out too late and did not have it hemmed for the wedding I was in. Safe to say I will be avoiding this place. read more

Very friendly, professional, and helpful. I needed a button sewn on to a pair of pants on a Saturday, and there was nothing else open in the area. So I called and not only were they open but the person even offered to stay open a half an hour later because it was getting near closing time. When I move out of this neighborhood, I will continue to use Holly for all alterations and dry cleaning. The price point is right and the service is pleasant. I actually skipped leaving the store yesterday. Holly makes you happy. The dry cleaning is competent, which is better than most dry cleaners in Denver. Holly is prompt if you need her to be. She is honest about what she thinks she can and cannot do with stains, and she often underpromises and over delivers. Further, her tailoring prices and expertise cannot be beat anywhere in town. I have had her tailor my suits, jeans, fix hems, zippers, and have had her tailor three bridesmaid dresses. Don't take your dresses anywhere else, Holly will do it for the right price and the right way. She even has bridal salon experience! (She is just as good with men's tailoring needs.)
