We just had Sean and his crew clean our windows for the first time, and we will DEFINITELY be using his company again! Each time we chatted with him prior to his visit, he was extremely friendly and eager to accommodate! When he arrived today, he was prompt, efficient, and he and his crew did an amazing job. We live in a condo, and because of that our windows have some chemical stains due to work that has been done on the building. He didn't bring his spray to get rid of these chemical stains with him today so he's returning on Wednesday. He wouldn't let us pay him until he finishes the job. I thought the pricing was reasonable, but now I think it's incredibly reasonable given how awesome everything looks and how easy the process was. It was luxorious having the inside of the windows cleaned, something I wouldn't usually do but the pricing was too good to pass up. Sean is responsive and kept us informed of when they could do the work (as they were planning around the weather, a cruel master). I'm very impressed. I have a piece of siding that was sliding down the house. I could tuck it back under myself but didn't have a ladder long enough. A few days later, noticed Twice as Brite working on a neighbor's house. Approached Sean and asked if I could pay him to borrow his ladder or pay him to reattach the siding piece. He said he'd take a look at it when he got a spare minute. A few minutes later, he walked 1/2 block to our house, looked at the siding and said that while siding isn't his main business, if I left out some nails and a hammer, he'd reattach in 20 min. I said I wanted to pay him and he said "Nah, that's not necessary. It's no big deal. It'll only take me a few minutes" I told him that I insisted because he had to schlep his ladder a half block down the alley in brutal heat. He politely declined payment and went back to work on his job down the street. I walked down to that house a few minutes later with cash to pay him but he refused again. A few minutes later, Sean was hammering away at the piece of siding. Problem solved and a new loyal customer for life. I'm impressed with him and will reward him with my business. read more

I don't really understand why they say they provide storm window cleaning. When they showed up to our apartment they refused to clean our windows due to storm windows. I know they have great reviews on yelp, but we had a different experience. The man who came here was pretty rude and immediately left when he saw them. read more

Twice as Brite washed our windows on our 4th floor condo. They were quick to respond for a quote, well priced, and the guys that came out were friendly and thorough. They quoted that they would have to come down from the roof, but when the guy came he thought he could do it with a ladder, and since there was snow on the roof he said the ladder was safer/easier. He tried with the ladder, but when he wasn't able to get good leverage on a window he switched to coming from the roof. They did a great job, were easy to schedule with via email and kept in great contact on the phone. I would recommend them. read more

We highly recommend Sean and his great crew of laborers. Another company (Bubbles) was scheduled to come today to wash the windows in our two-flat, but when they arrived to do the work, their foreman told my wife that the cost would be twice the cost they gave us in their quote. Needless to say, we didn't appreciate being treated that way and asked them to leave. My wife called Sean, who gave us an estimate in line with the original quote from Bubbles. He said they could do the work in two days and put us on his schedule. About an hour later, Sean called and said one of his crews had finished the job they were working on early and asked if we would like them to come today to do the work. WOW.
