You could picture the decor in your own home. "Buy local" is the intention here and deteriorating properties were bought up by the owner and given a stunning facelift to elevate the community. This was a closed down roller rink. There was also a cinema next door that turned to a gift shop and off beat eatery. The unique history of each is preserved in the original artifacts throughout. Being that this is art focused and unique, don't have the expectation of Walmart prices. Extremely disappointing and unacceptable handling of a serious fraud issue…read more I contacted this store after discovering unauthorized credit card transactions made at this location. I reached out for assistance and was directed to the security team by help desk. The help desk was very rude and disrespectful. They requested my credit card information and phone number, assured me that someone would follow up, and then completely failed to contact me afterward. A customer dealing with thousands of dollars in fraudulent charges should not be ignored after providing requested information in good faith. At minimum, I expected basic communication, professionalism, and accountability. Instead, I received no update, no explanation, and no follow-through. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this store's customer service and security response. I hope management reviews how fraud-related customer concerns are handled, because leaving customers without any response after asking for sensitive information is unacceptable.
