My…read moredaughter was trying on a dress and went to look in the mirror, one staff promptly said to me make sure she doesn't leave the dress in the fitting room. I explained that she just went to look in the mirror. Then another girl shouted at me saying, don't leave hanger on the rack else we may think you are stealing the clothes. Really!? Is that how you talk to customers now. This while my husband was paying at the register for the clothes we had already picked out. I told her my daughter was trying the dress and I would put it back, to this she responded - give her the hanger to hold of you can't hold it. Not sure how Carter's hires and trains its store staff, but this behavior was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. Not how you treat a customer who has been shopping from carters got almost 9 years now. Very disappointed.

Their clothes are very durable and true to size; plus, they don't shrink. The staff is always really friendly and helpful and their return policy is awesome. She promptly helped me to choose some appropriate gifts and then she wrapped them for me. While she was wrapping, I called the salon where I work and I asked the receptionist to get my appointment shampooed. Then I paid and was on my way. A couple of hours later, my receptionist comes in to my room and tells me that the girl from precious cargo called to see if there is a Dana that works here. Apparently when she was wrapping my gifts she left one of the items out. She called around to several different salons to find me, and then delivered the gift. She even added some extra ribbon so that I could open the wrapping and re-close it. I wish I knew her name because to say this gal went above and beyond is an understatement

I rarely write and post reviews online, and up until now, I have only done so for positive…read moreexperiences. This review, however, will be the rare exception. My wife and I have shopped in Little Ones for 5 years and have spent several thousand dollars annually for gifts for our grandchildren and other children. Little Ones has quality merchandise, even though the prices tend to be expensive in comparison to other retail/online children's stores. We just recently learned from our children that they have been treated poorly on several occasions by the owner and manager [2 different people] when they tried to return gift items and exchange them and/or receive a store credit for a future purchase. Having heard this, I went to the store today and spoke to both people to let them know my surprise, and shock frankly, and the owner implied that my daughter-in-law must be lying; that no such mistreatment ever occurred; which I know not to be the case. Apparently, we now have learned that store policies, none of which are posted anywhere in the store itself, provide that (1) gifts accompanied by a gift receipt [which we always get but never see before boxed and wrapping of purchases] expire after a certain amount of days, and (2) store credits cannot be used for certain purchases. And this applies even now even in light of the current retail situation resulting from the pandemic. My suggestion to the owner that she should rethink her policies fell on flat ears. In light of these experiences we will not be shopping at Little Ones ever again, and I would suggest to others to beware of doing so.

Wow! At 9 am, Saturday morning, my son called that his wife delivered twins early. I wanted to make…read moreup tee shirts for him, our daughter in law, and the four grandparents. I Googled for a place and LikeWear came up but it didn't open till 10. Called when they opened and they said to come over. I did. Their graphic designer, Phillip, sat with me as we designed individualized shirts for each person. They had all the shirt sizes in stock. In an hour, I walked out with awesome shirts (and at a reasonable price for custom designs). My wife and I wore ours to the hospital. LikeWear helped make this special day an extra-special lifetime memory.

When I wanted to return ....boy I got a mouthful from the owner. Nasty, condensing, humiliating and even at times yelling I barely could get a word in. So many other stores we have shopped in the area over the years that treat you with respect and those stores are hassle free. Not worth my time or money to come again. Very unpleasant experience.
