This is a very, very, very cool store. I can understand why I've heard so many awesome things about…read moreit. It's actually rather large inside and not exactly what I was expecting. There's so many different sections and they're all arranged very neatly. Creativity just oozes out of this building pores. I didn't buy anything at this time because I was slightly overwhelmed. But now I know where to go when the creative bug bites! There are sections for fabric, for art supplies, for any craft imaginable. I would definitely check this place out if you are sick of Michaels.

Second, whoever prices their items doesn't know what thrift store prices look like obviously. These prices are basically for brand new items. They had a 20yr old kids Bob the Builder shirt for $30.50 - which has been worn. That's actually absurd. Yeah, eBay exists and there's eBay comps for pieces of clothing like this - but you are not eBay - you're a thrift store! These "thrift" stores think they're resellers now and want to sell everything they get for FREE at absurd prices. Talk about greed - don't shop here!

This store had a similar vibe, but I feel that the pricing missed the mark. The clothes were arranged by type and then by color. Everything that I picked up seemed to be a little bit more than I would normally pay at a thrift store. And I love looking at the book section, but they wanted two dollars for paperback books. Not even trade paper backs, just regular small paper backs. I would give it another try since the vibe was good, but I was pretty unimpressed this time around.

Other local thrift stores don't compare. This place always puts out the best worthwhile items. And the staff is amazing. Attentive and friendly. They are working with the program for consistent recovery and it shows. Just a great group of overcomes pushing through for their best life. Oh, and their donation zone is so easy. Drive up to the front, get the guys to lend a hand, and drop off! Also, they pick up for donation (upon approval) so send things you would want to upcycle and buy. They also deliver large pieces with a fee based on your distance from the store. Truly such an easy and professional experience. Love them.
