So it is a year+ later and the front yard landscape lights are still performing well. I get many compliments on them from guests and neighbors. David and crew were invited back and just finished my back yard. I am equally impressed/happy with the results. The TD team really cares about doing a fine job and it shows. David came out to see the house twice and worked with my evolving budget. He is talented, honest, uses quality materials and lived up to his promise to make my deadline. He was very attuned to giving us the best price and value, even selling us one of the company's spare transformers instead of buying a new one. Based on the positive reviews I've read on Yelp, Google and BBB, I requested an on site visit and estimate from Twilight. Received a visit last week from on of their estimators that was not the most pleasant. He spent more time talking than listening and struck us as somewhat arrogant and bigoted. He promised to send us an estimate asap. We received neither an estimate nor follow up call form his employers. Would not use them now even if they did finally display some proper customer service. read more

The owner Dave, is a great guy. Very honest and does not push you for anything that is not necessary. When we first contacted Twilight, I really was not too versed in outdoor lighting, aside from the typical Malibu lighting that most homeowners use. He educated me thoroughly on how his product is installed vs store bought fixtures. This type of work is not cheap and you quickly see why. Dave's crew was at my house an entire week and in the end, we were so happy that we went with him. His crew was professional and very respectful to the us (the homeowner). I then had them back out to do a LED conversion 10-years later in 2013, and nothing has changed. Still great service and expert advice on my LED light choices. Twilight Designs is an awesome company! David runs his operation the way a consumer only dreams a business should be. I contacted him after I had problems with one circuit on my transformer. I was given advice on the phone if I wanted to repair it myself, and David told me he would come out and do an assessment for free. A couple days later David came out to look at my system. He arrived at my home on time and had all the equipment he needed to do the job. He quickly found the problem with my lighting, and began the repair. He showed me the defective wiring and explain why the damage had occurred. He completed the repair in less than two hours, and upgraded my lights to LED fixtures.
