He then didn't let me get a word out and I got so frustrated that I cussed him out out of frustration. He then hung up on me and tried calling back with no answer. When he then answered. He said call customer service. I don't know who you are hiring at Fanco, but Weston needs to be educated on how to treat customers at the Ft. Apache location. We bought our fan 8 years ago and rant and raved to our friends and family on how great selection they have. NOW, please beware of this business.
