Bay Lighting was reasonable in its pricing and asked the right questions during the project discovery. On installation day, the team came on time and moved through the work extremely quickly and efficiently. The only item that caused a slight difficulty was an outdoor hugger-style fan that was to be installed in the stucco patio. But they got around it. I definitely recommend Bay Lighting for any fan/light installation needs. Especially if you have Lamps Plus products, as they have a lot of experience with those.

We then hired another guy and we called Fanco the very next day because we could not get a hold of their tech that didn't make our appointment and had us waste our morning We spoke to the the manager Weston (I guess he is the CEO because he said he doesn't report to anyone as he stated.) and ask for his manager as he was very rude tom my wife that called previously. He then didn't let me get a word out and I got so frustrated that I cussed him out out of frustration. He then hung up on me and tried calling back with no answer. When he then answered. He said call customer service. I don't know who you are hiring at Fanco, but Weston needs to be educated on how to treat customers at the Ft. Apache location. We bought our fan 8 years ago and rant and raved to our friends and family on how great selection they have. NOW, please beware of this business. I will gladly take my 700 dollars to another competitors of theirs. If I decide to spend this much or even 50 dollars. I expect a level of respect for my wife and I. All you have to do is be a good person and find solutions. Even if it is not a good solution with empathy. We spend our hard earn money for a product and service and this is how we get treated at the Ft. Apache Fanco. If I have the choice. I would give them zero stars and Weston at Fanco Ft.
