I even told them I already had the materials. They said "come in at 9." Simple enough. I took time off work and drove from midtown Manhattan all the way to their shop near Fordham University. I arrived at 9am -- their posted opening time -- only to watch the staff stroll in around 9:20. Then I had to wait while they dealt with a customer whose Bluetooth they'd installed incorrectly. When I finally spoke to the manager, I showed him the parts, explained the job, got a quote, and headed back to my office -- another $60 cab ride -- trusting they'd do what they said they could do. Ninety minutes later, they called to say they couldn't remove my tires because they were "on too tight." They didn't have the proper power tool to remove them. A mobile audio shop that can't remove wheels for a job they agreed to do. I asked if they could find a tool somewhere. They couldn't. I asked if they could at least do the front doors -- the part that didn't require touching the wheels. They said no, because they "already had other cars" and mine was now sitting in the street. So I took another $60 Uber back to pick up my untouched car. $120 in transportation, half a day of work lost, and absolutely nothing to show for it. They didn't even bother to do the portion of the job they could have done. I'm sure they have a couple of things they do well, but the devil‑may‑care attitude, the lack of basic tools, and the complete disregard for my time means I won't be returning. If you value professionalism, reliability, or even the slightest respect for your schedule, look elsewhere.

I went back the following weekend he told me the same thing ,now I drove my car to Trenton NJ that week there and back. I went back a week later mind you I already paid them $37 so this time I notice he actually went to the machine that prints the sticker and plugged it in from there, then printed the sticker, then they wanted me to pay again for the sticker 37 dollars! I think this was a scam because they never hooked up the car from the sticker machine till the end.

They guys here did an amazing job welding parts together. I also got my wheels alignment here but BEWARE!!! if your tires are all the same size but are different brands for example lets say in the front i have mickey thompson tires and in the back i have 1 toyo tires and the other one some random brand but they are all the same size they will not do the aligment. All tires have to match, The reason they do it like that is so all tires when you get the aligment rotate at the same time. I also got here my lift kit installed for my jeep liberty 2005 KJ the guys did an amazing job putting this together. You agreed to do the install despite being close to closing time and rushed through the job as a result. After I left, I began to hear an unnatural loud static and reverberation coming from the speakers with the music on. I then turned it off to determine where it was coming from, and it continued without music on as well. I investigated the noise and noticed the poor and messy wiring job that was performed. I then went to another shop to have it redone and the noise stopped. They redid the wires were cleaned up and wired appropriately and the noise was no longer occurring. Going to your shop was a gross waste of my money. You agreed to do the install and rushed through because it was close to closing, that is an unexpectable way to conduct business. My time was wasted as well as my money. I had to spend way more then was budgeted. I will never recommend this shop to others.The first 3 pictures was the work done to my car.The last picture is what was done to my car after it was redone.
