Working in retail before, I know how tempting it is to be short with customers when it's almost time to go home. That wasn't the case at this location. The people here were so very pleasant and helpful and made small talk with me like they really cared about getting to know me. It's cheesy, but those kinds of experiences at retail establishments really put a good feeling in your chest and make you want to shop there again. Not as much of a selection here as I've seen at other Michael's stores, but fantastic nonetheless.

Who lied about product availability- I did receive a confirmation about my online order was ready, drove over and found it cancelled "product not available" walked back & found it on the shelf in the Gildan product box labeled "Black Large" with 5 other shirts marked "not available" Michael's Corporate Do Better!!! Hire a security guard- your competitor Hobby Lobby did and they are thriving! Bring back your front end customer service and remove these dumb self serve checkouts- your customers don't work for you! I brought a pair of medical scrub tops to get embroidered 10 minutes before they closed one night, and they happily worked with me to choose a font and size that I was happy with. Just within one week, they were able to finish the embroidery and even personally texted me with a computer design of what the font would look like prior to embroider for an approval. Thank god they did it perfectly because I would not have wanted to buy a new set of these scrubs! Final straw: GO HERE for any embroidery service you may need. You can trust em.
