Furthermore the page isnt optimized for cell phones with weak data connections. WHICH IS WHAT ALOT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS ARE STUCK WITH WHEN THE POWER GOES OUT!! Just a cell phone and crap data service. The only thing that works out here is voice! So pick up the phone and talk to your customers. At the very least a simple outage page with TEXT DATA ONLY to alert customers to the outage. Btw we have alot of outages and getting them fixed always takes forever. I hate my local power monopoly. You jerks arent worth fhe high cost.

I would not recommend this company to anyone, at least not for septic work. We had a system…read moreinstalled just over a year ago and in that time have had every part under the sun fail and need replacement, some multiple times. Thankfully it's all been under warranty but their knowledge of septic workings seems tenuous at best. Out of the nine times we've had them come out in the past year, eight were their own fault. Some of those times they've missed issues only to be called back and find them. Their ethos seems to be to do as little as possible and then leave. I'm extremely forgiving on most things, but this entire process has been embarrassing on their part.
