Got my RAV4 wrapped here. They told me it would last 3 years, but I had problems almost…read moreimmediately. First off, I take very good care of my car, so this wasn't from neglect. When I got the vehicle back, I noticed the wrap job was sloppy. Parts of the wrap were already lifting as I drove home. They also broke my AWD emblems on the rear doors and never told me. Luckily, I'm very thorough when looking over my car and caught it myself. Natasha acted weird when I asked about getting them replaced, but they eventually ordered new ones. The problem was I had to come back on a separate day just to get them installed. That should have been taken care of from the start. It's ridiculous that I even had to ask. After only 3 weeks, the wrap started peeling, so I had to bring it back to be fixed. Then after 7 months, it started discoloring and peeling again. I followed the cleaning routine they gave me exactly, so there was no reason for the wrap to fail like that. At that point, I was completely fed up and decided to have the wrap removed about a year after it was installed. Their solution to all of this was offering me $200 off the removal. Before that, Natasha kept giving me the runaround, blaming the wrap manufacturer, and either ignoring or "forgetting" to reply to messages. I had to keep reaching out multiple times just to get updates. When they removed the wrap, my car was covered in sticky residue and fuzz. They left scraps of wrap all over the vehicle, including behind the mirrors. To make matters worse, they damaged the left side of my bumper during the removal process and took paint off my front passenger door handle. To top it all off, after the wrap was removed, I had the exact same issue with the AWD emblems as I did when the wrap was first installed. The emblems were missing again. Natasha initially tried to act like they were never there in the first place. After I kept pressing the issue, she finally agreed to order replacements. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard a single update from her. In the end, I spent $3,600 for a wrap that failed, damaged my vehicle, and came with some of the worst customer service I've dealt with. Complete waste of money, I deserve to be refunded for this!!

I have an SUV with factory tint on the back windows. Rather than just putting the 3% all the way around and calling it a day, they color matched the back windows to the front so the whole vehicle would look uniform. I have had many vehicles that I have had the windows tinted, and I think this is the first time there were not little bubbles that had to "work themselves out". When i went to pick up my vehicle, the installer was there and he was so nice! He walked me through everything that he did. He even told me what layers of percentage he used to color match the back to the front. My vehicle looks amazing, and the heat has been cut down considerably inside. These guys take pride in what they do and it really shows through their work. The pricing was very reasonable, and to be honest i was expecting to pay more than I did, so that was an extra bonus in my book!

I can not give kyle and the boys enough praise on how well they did on my truck. I also can express how grateful I am that they backed up their work. Anyone who knows anything about paint protection film knows how difficult it is to install. And sometimes, outside of the installers control the film just doesn't want to lay down and stay. My rear bumper was an absolute nightmare. Kyle made it his mission to deliver an outstanding product. Multiple ppf failures later he delivered. Some may look at it as a negative to have to go through a process to get to the right result. It is to be expected with ppf. Where other shops would have told me oh well. Or it's not working oh well. Kyle and the boys figured it out and holly cow did they deliver. I would 1000% recommend United for any of the services they provide. In a day where there is no value for your money.
