This young man is professional, friendly and is experienced when it comes to auto repair, maintenance and customer service. In speaking with him one night at bowling, we had arranged for rear brakes to be replaced, as well as a general auto tune-up and oil change on our 9-year old Honda. We brought the vehicle to his shop and in a half a day, the work was complete. The Honda is running really smoothly and the brakes are great. His tune-up also included tire rotations which was a nice addition. We love supporting local businesses and will continue to support and promote Josh's business. In January of 2017 I was informed of this shop to have work done in my vehicle. My insurance…read morecompany issued the check to the shop and funds were received to start work on my vehicle. Prior to taking my vehicle to the shop I decided to go to a different shop due to schedule and location. I made contact with the shop owner to advise I would not be conducting business with them and my insurance company needs the funds refunded. This was as of February. The owner disregarded my calls and I was finally able to make contact with the owner. He advised he would issue a refund check to the insurance company as of March 11th. When March 11th came and past I contacted my insurance company whom advised they had not received any refund from Move Motorsport as of yet. Again I called to speak to the owner and my calls went unanswered. I was finally able to reach him after about two weeks and also at this time my insurance company was in contact as well. He advised there was no need to talk to me any further and he has emailed my insurance company the funds would be reissued within 30 days. He also advised he would be charging a 25% restocking fee for products ordered. I asked what products did he order due to the fact I never physically brought my vehicle to his shop to have it inspected nor did he ever get the ok or approval from me to order any products. He advised my insurance company gave him the ok to order the products. I later contacted my insurance company who advised they never gave Move Motorsport any authorization to order any parts and was unsure why they were charging a restocking fee. They advised there was nothing they could do about the restocking fee but did receive an email from Move Motorsport of the funds being refunded in 30 days. 30days has come and there is still no sign of the refund which is owed. The company has been referred to the Better Business Bureau and is currently under investigation. It's been nearly 6 months and I have yet to have a check reissued to my insurance company.
