Twin Liquors is always courteous and friendly...also the match prices of the other liquor stores.

Convenient location; however, no assistance unless owner or manager thinks you are wealthy.

Great selection, attentive customer service, and easy shopping makes this a fine liquor retail establishment. No complaints, here.

Not sure how updated their inventory is as we were looking for Mama Mango or Mama Pomegranate & the store associate looked it up but said it wasn't in stock. She left & I was in the Moscato section & found the Mama Mango so we snagged a bottle. I had ordered a bottle of Ube Creme Liqueur as my friend texted that it was available so I ordered online for store pickup since I was in the area. I looked at the yummy Sauternes, a lot of which were rated 91+ pts! We have about 3 bottles at home so I just took note. I looked at the other liqueurs like Pistachios, Passion Fruit and the other fruity Moscatos I'd like to try someday. They even had Kosher wines & we were reading some of the labels which had Biblical names & titled. I'm usually buying some Caliveda Pinot Noir which is one of their best sellers. I stock up during the holidays when they have bundle deals. They have such an organized store and even have a Cigar area. They hold tasting classes in the back & upcoming ones will be for wine. We missed the Tequila tasting so we'll check another location. They have great deals as rewards members so sign up!

Awesome customer service. For that one dude. But it was poor customer service for the rest of us in line, who have been to stores before and were courteous enough to arrive at the checkout counter with ALL the merchandise we intended to purchase already. About three minutes into a game I like to call "8,000 bottles of wine - 1 impressively inefficient cashier on duty", I decided it would be best if I try to frequent businesses who are financially solvent enough to staff two or more cashiers during peak hours. So I saved time at checkout by...driving elsewhere and purchasing my goods. I'm hoping, but not overly confident, that by the time you read this review the lager situation is resolved.

Small neighborhood liquor store in Olmos Terrace. This…read moreplace occupies the old HEB building at the corner of McCullough and Hildebrand. This shop has a decent variety of liquors, but not a whole lot of wines. The best thing is that they have a clearance section that stocks unpopular booze and beer, where you can find some great deals! Also, they have a rack of airplane bottles by the door for a buck a piece! Score! The clerk is fast and friendly here. They weren't up to speed on National Tequila Day when I went, but every day can be Tequila Day if you're internationally woke enough. Parking is easy in here, park behind the Barhmacy or over by Tuesday Morning if you're not able to get into the private lot. Prices were fair, with definite deals in the bargain section! I'll be back!

REVIEWER # 6…read more Downtown San Antonio is nice, but there is one thing that they are lacking people....A legit liquor store that doesn't cost an arm and a leg just to buy a drink! Good gracious! I stayed in San Antonio for a little over 4 days and while the bars around town serve alcohol, they skimp you. My friends and I were getting tired of paying $12 for a drink that was dang near watered down. We decided to look into liquor stores around the area so we can purchase our own drinking collection. Upon looking up liquor stores on Yelp, we came across WB Liquors & Wine. WB Liquors & Wine is definitely the best well-known liquor spot in the San Antonio. Located 10-15 minutes from downtown, this place definitely earns their 5 stars. They offer a wide selection of not only wine (red or white) but also some of your favorite liquors that you wouldn't find walking into Walgreens or Walmart. They sale: Patron (Silver or Reposado), Hennessey, Liquor mixes, Svedka, and tons more! If you are looking for it, I bet they will have it! They also have personalized small liquor for $1, no matter what type it is! Talk about CHEAPPP! They have ample parking but luckily this place doesn't get busy. Surprising to hear for me, they have a law in Texas that is: No liquor stores can serve alcohol on Sundays! OMG! Goodness, glad there are no rules like that in Cali! Customer Service here is great! I was able to speak to the General Manager, Brain, and he was SO down to earth! Loved his personality! Looking for some decent priced liquor or wine? Definitely come here!

I wish there was a way to give ZERO stars! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere feels less like a welcoming retail space and more like an inconvenience to the staff. Basic customer service--greeting shoppers, offering assistance, or even acknowledging someone at the register--seems completely absent. Instead, you're met with indifference at best and outright rudeness at worst. The staff (cashier and floor sales assistant) appear disengaged and unwilling to help with even the simplest questions. Asking for assistance feels like you're interrupting them, and the responses you get are often curt, dismissive, or downright unprofessional. It's clear that customer experience is not a priority here. The cashier experience is just as frustrating. Don't expect friendliness, patience, or even basic courtesy. Transactions feel rushed and cold, with no attempt at conversation or appreciation for your business. It leaves you wondering why anyone would choose to shop here when there are plenty of other stores that actually value their customers. Overall, this location delivers one of the worst customer service experiences imaginable. Until there's a serious change in attitude and management, it's hard to recommend this store to anyone. DO NOT SHOP HERE! CUSTOMERS BEWARE!
