Twin Oaks Park playground. Nice, new, quiet!
    Marissa R.

I've visited this park three times, and have really enjoyed each visit. The park is hidden... you won't know it's there unless you know it's there! And you have to park up on a hill, as there is no parking near to the playground. But once you're in the actual park, you will love it, too! There's a nice playground with padded floor for the kids to play on, a walking path which is frequently used by dog owners, and a lovely lake with bridges and a quiet, serene, tree covered walkway. I know you'll love it here, too!

Running water facilities! And super clean.

This has become our family go to park. My son loves the jungle gym with all the various slides. They have a big kid area and a gym with slides and climbing / tubes for little ones. There are plenty of gazebos with bench tables and the bathrooms are the nicest park bathrooms I've ever used! Yes, automatic flush toilets and running water. They're even heated with auto lights in the cold winter months. List of everything else: Basketball courts Sand volleyball court Walking path around the double ponds Arch bridges between the ponds Coy fish in the ponds Tennis courts This is truly a gem.

Cute little park, quite hidden and easy to miss. However, it's very peaceful, very clean and welcoming. I bring my dog here and he loves it.

Small park to enjoy the little things…read more This park is extremely well maintained. The tennis and basketball courts look fresh and a new bed of wood chips were added to the children's playground. On the playground littles as young as 1 year old can enjoy a number of different kinds of equipment. They do have a baby and disability friendly swing available. However the entrance into the playground is NOT DISABILITY FRIENDLY. There is a short walking trail but beware of geese and their poo. I saw folks doing some leisurely fishing but not sure on those guidelines. The restrooms were interesting but I was surprised they were less maintained compared to the rest of the park. Dogs are welcome while on leash or on duty as service dogs.

However, if you're driving, there is plenty of parking. They have a little pond that people can fish in, and there are lots of ducks swimming and walking around. They have a playground and a basketball court, which both seem well-kept. There's also a pavilion but I haven't used it so I'm not sure what amenities it has. There's a path around the pond, and while it's a very short loop, it's good for a slow, peaceful wander. There are benches around the path and next to the park under some trees. I'd recommend checking it out if you're looking for a small, chill, clean, quiet park.
