Where do I start? We went last night before a concert. We knew there was a wait but they "lost" our name and we waited 45 mins for a table at a restaurant that was at 50% capacity. Once sat, we waited 30 mins for water and were told our bar drinks took 25 mins because "they ran out of clean glasses." We had to beg our "waitress" to take our food order. The food came out after another 30 mins and it was COLD! We were so hungry and going to be late so we ate what we could. We again begged for our check and our waitress had NO idea what we ordered, so we spent 10 mins REORDERING so she could get us a bill. I mean, it was honestly laughable. The worst management, staff, food, everything. I wish we would have gone to McDonald's and sat in the rain. It would have been a better experience. read more

Centennial, Colorado -- Personally, I am not lured in by little girls who don't look old enough to drink, without the age to be experienced bartenders. These youngsters appear more interested in their personal appearance than their customers' needs. I sat at the end of the bar for at least 3 minutes before being approached, as I watched them talk to each other. 3 minutes is a long time to sit with your hands folded in front of you without a pARTy Beverage watching 3 bartenders standing there trying to be cute. I dream about those f*cking cheese bites. They haunt my dreams, I imagine dipping them into that glorious marinara sauce, callously tarnishing the ranch as I dunk that crispy piece of heaven into both. My friends get mad at me. I don't care. I do it again. I am a man of class, and respect, but it ALL goes out the window when the beautiful waitress drops off that glowing, absolutely steamy pile of fried happiness. I had to stand up in the middle of this review and compose myself. I can feel the inner beast in me trying to claw it's way out, as I fight the urge to rip my shirt of and scream, "CHEESE BITES!" So for you folks who are not from Colarado or new like myself. This is a chain restaurant very much like hooters or tilted kilt. The women wear some form of tight outfit exposing their booty and bosoms. The staff was very friendly and attentive which was a pleasant surprise. We came around 230 so we likely missed any regular crowd in there. The inside is setup well. There are plenty of tables in the space but you don't feel cramped. This is definitely a sports bar with a large quantity of flat screen TVs throughout. The TVs were set up quite well with little blockage. They do carry all major sports packages. I would assume they carry fights as well but did not confirm. The food was better then expected. The prices were reasonable for the portion sizes. I have been a regular at peaks for a while now. When servers don't do their job, and ignore you for 45 minutes.. And still expect a 40% tip.. The tip comes along with the service. You can't take advantage of regulars just because you know them, and think that they will still tip you, no matter your service. I was going to give a hundred percent tip to a server who knew me. Her tip went from $10, down to $1.50 and 45 minutes. That's all she earned. When you take advantage of your regulars who actually take care of you.. Don't expect us to come back. read more

Very bad experience at lunch today. They jacked up my explicitly vegan order and brought a Turkey burger. Then took 30 minutes to bring the refire by which point our entire party had finished. I boxed the burger and soggy, limp fries to go. The waitress never offered to do anything for me... So at the exit I told them about it and a manager came up and comped the burger. This was not my normal experience there, I will say. The scenery was lovely but the service was poor. read more

Last year I hosted my draft party at your restaurant in Centennial. Service and atmosphere was great and we visited the restaurant often afterwards as a result. This year, obviously Covid has had a dramatic impact and due to restrictions we could not host our party inside your restaurant. However, I was excited when I looked online and saw you were offering a Draft at home package. Tyler from the restaurant called us to see if we wanted to draft at the restaurant again. When I realized you couldn't seat my entire party I asked about the take home package. Tyler had zero idea about the promotion and sent me an email for standard catering. I placed the order online anyways for pickup at 6pm Saturday. We picked up the order and there confusion again on the promotion. The staff wasn't sure what was included. A $50 commissioner card was supposed to be included and then $5 "bounce back" cards for the participants. The restaurant said they didn't have a $50 gift card and had no way to give one out. So they gave us additional bounce back cards which didn't make sense. Then, we get the order home and discover that HALF of our order wasn't even given to us. 46 wings were missing. At this point our draft was already starting and we had to call and deal with this. The restaurant thought the promotion was for only 48 wings. Again, no one knows what the promotion is. While the manager we spoke with was nice and apologetic but there was literally nothing the restaurant could do for us. No offer of delivering the food so we didn't have to interrupt the draft, no offer of additional wings or drinks as a simple gesture for our group. We were offered more of these bounce back cards. We now have 30 of these cards and I don't even know what we can do with them. They expire in December and are for in dining only. You wants us to visit you 30 times in 4 months during Covid? Mistakes happen but where's the ownership? We paid for this promotion and it was a massive inconvenience for the restaurant the entire time. I appreciate your business operating during Covid and offering experiences like the take home draft kit but you have a responsibility to execute correctly on your promotion. read more

Being a sportsg1rl during March Madness, I was in heaven with all the large flat screen T.V.'s everyhere... For starters, I ordered the Blood Mary (Absolut Peppar Vodka, seasoned salt rim, bacon, celery,olive)Yes, bacon - delicious... For Lunch a side salad (good size) with a cilantro lime vinaigrette dressing (yummy) and an order of the green chile parmesan wings. They were so tasty that no ranch was required... Normally I'm not a huge fan of these type of establishments, but I was taken by surprise when the bf and I ventured here on a Sunday afternoon for a bite, beer and some football. 1. While the staff is young and attractive, the girls were extremely nice, helpful and accommodating! We sat at the bar, were greeted right away and our drinks were always full :) 2. The atmosphere was pretty macho douchy, but the perfect place to catch a mid day game and relax. I found myself being one of the only girls at the bar and couldn't help but laugh. 3. The food is MEH. Nothing special, but nothing terrible. We munched on the chips and queso, followed by burgers. The bbq burger was decent, a little over cooked and had pickles on it....which i'm never a fan of! They do however, offer a lot of beers on tap, which is JUST what i was looking for :) Overall, this place is the wilderness/ Lumberjack version of Hooters, with better food, booze and girls. :) read more

Twin Peaks on Arapahoe/i25 is the go to for lunch. Great food and really good prices. The beer is ice cold and I never sit with an empty glass. All of the team members are very friendly, attentive and work well together. I would highly recommend asking to sit with Hali. She is the best and always takes care of us Keeping our glasses full and food out very quickly. She also always has time for conversations with all of her tables. Slow service, awful in-house beers, and "dumb" waitresses. I've been to my share of breast-raunts, both in coed and ladies-only crowds. While I'm not there for the "views", I still would like to see kind, attentive service. Not what you get here... not sure if this has to do with how team members are trained, but it seemed like all the ladies played off as ditzy, overly dramatic, and aloof. Ugh. It took us over 15 minutes to get waters and menus- not even order. The only semi-redeeming factor is the food (well, depending on what you get). They've expanded their menu, and the chicken fried steak isn't bad. $15 a plate is a bit high, but there's lots of food. read more

Your average bar food fare with extra-friendly girls to serve you. I would never have come here if it weren't for the fact that they were showing the Pacquiao-Bradley fight. This is not my cup-of-tea establishment, but I wasn't too disappointed. We got the chicken nachos based on yelp reviews and they were "eh." Not enough cheese, bland flavor, and ingredients weren't spread around too much. Underwhelming. For entrees, the chicken fried steak was good, as were the sides. The "Twin Peaks" Dessert hit the spot, but it was huge so we had to take it home. Sadly the middle was burnt when we were eating the leftovers at home. I don't think I'll go back unless it's for another fight, but I can see how this type of place would appeal to the right demographic. Also, I wish they listed prices for drinks on the menu. They seem to like to hose you on beverage prices. Food prices not very reasonable either. You can't seem to get out of this place for under $40 for two people. read more

Heard a lot about this place but had never been as I am rarely in that neck of the woods. Passed it on the way home from a meeting around lunch time and decided I should give it a shot. The menu is somewhat limited and uninspiring(sandwiches & comfort food), so I just got a "hangover burger" as recommended by a server in passing. The "hangover burger" included a fried egg and bacon, which gave it a unique touch. Unfortunately the fries were nothing special. I did like that they had their own beers on tap, I went with the "Knotty Brown" and it was excellent. I did like that you can only order your beers in "Man Size" and "Girl Size." The servers are all extremely nice, attractive, & scantily clad (I have attached a pic) but the service was fairly slow. I sat at the bar, which is MASSIVE, and although there were 4 bartenders it seemed that two were working and two were texting, so it took longer than you would expect to order, request something, etc. Speaking of the bar there are plenty of gargantuan TV's so I would imagine this is a great spot to watch a game. All in all Twin Peaks delivers what it promises, "eats, drinks, & scenic views." So I guess you can't fault them for that, they seem to have hit their mark and I'd definitely say it's better than Hooters... read more

Can't give enough praise for the food or the staff here. I ate the Cubano here. I've had Cuban sandwiches every where Miami (where I'm from) to here in Denver. The Cubano here is as good as any I've had anywhere else. Trust me, I know Cuban good. Our server, Casey was very attentive, kept the glasses full. I had never been to a Twin Peaks before yesterday, but when it was chosen as our Father's Day destination I was on board because I had heard tales of their frosty beers, and I love frosty beers. We were greeted by a server who was absolutely stunning and was super sweet, helpful, and capable. I was super impressed by her as sometimes short-shorts servers descriptors can end after "stunning". She got us those infamous frosty beers quickly and I gulped it down it record time- totally delicious! I'm not sure how they get their beers SO cold but I am sure that I absolutely loved it. As for food, I ordered the Cobb salad and it was severely overdressed. I loved the ingredients of it but they drenched this thing to the point where there was leftover dressing on the bottom of the plate. Took the healthy right out of it. To be honest it was pretty disappointing because the salad looked like it may have been good if there was a reasonable amount of dressing on it. I sampled some of the burgers, which is what everyone else in my family got, and they were pretty dang delicious, though. The Imposter was our table's order of choice as my family is largely vegetarian and you really couldn't tell it wasn't meat! Excellent work on that one. My husband, being the rogue meat eater of his clan, ordered the BBQ burger and I thought the quality of meat was definitely higher than I was expecting of a chain. If you come here definitely get the burger. I would absolutely visit here again for the great service and beers, but may choose to go somewhere else for dinner. read more

Bad food, horrible service. I dined for lunch on 10/13/2021, meeting a friend who was seated at the bar. As I was approaching him, one of the two bartenders, I believe her name was Alexis, looked right at me and saw me sit down. But rather than greet me or even approach me, she spent 5 minutes talking to another customer (just gabbing, not working), before my friend called her over to take my order. It was lunchtime, so I ordered iced tea, a turkey sandwich, and asked to substitute coleslaw for sweet potato fries. She asked for my credit card, left the order ticket in front of me, and disappeared. Another 5 minutes went by before she came back to where I was sitting, and I had to ask her a second time for my iced tea. It then took another 15 minutes for my sandwich to arrive. It was not busy in the restaurant at the time, maybe one-third of the seats were filled. Anyway, the sandwich was bland, and the coleslaw had zero seasoning. It was literally a ramekin filled with chopped cabbage. At no time did the bartender come back to check on my friend and I while we were eating. I left a tip commensurate with her poor service and crappy attitude. This was such a disappointing experience, especially since I have dined at the Twin Peaks location in Lakewood many times, and have always had good food and good service. read more

Just had a really great lunch here. Quality of the food was surprisingly good I had a wedge salad it was just as good as the best steakhouse wedge salad I've ever had. Had to drive Rob Cajun wings which were also good and my guest had the billionaire burger which was absolutely cooked to perfection and delicious.
