I have visited Twin peaks now in 4 states-by far this has been the one with less consistency...as I approached the bar the bar server immediately asked for a credit card to open a tab...I have never been told I have to open a tab when I'm ordering food at a twin peaks I told her. "That's what we do here" she said. I sat there drinking my beer and enjoying my food, another guy sits next to me at the bar-orders a drink and was never told that he needed to open a tab...he finishes his first drink-orders a second and that's when the bar server sets down his receipt... My glass wasn't even half empty and she already brought me a new full glass. This is an average Twin Peaks location. Nothing is overly wonderful about it, nothing bad about it, just a basic experience. This location is right off of the Interstate, and is easy to get in and out of. There is ample parking, so it is very conveniently located in the tech center area of Denver. It wasn't overly busy when I came on a weeknight. I sat at the bar, and was quickly greeted. There are TVs everywhere, so if you are looking for a place to watch sports, this should be one of your top spots. The beer menu isn't great, but it is good enough. What is interesting is that the draft beers are not the same nationally. Usually PBR is the $2 tap option, but here it is Coors, which makes sense. Either way, the beer options are a bit different based on the location. The service was alright. The bar wasn't full, and there were two girls working, but nothing happened overly quickly. I eventually ordered an appetizer and a dinner, and it came out correctly after some time. Others at the bar were going through the same deal, so it wasn't a one-off. At the end of the day, if you want cold beer, decent bar food at an average price, and a lumberjack themed sports bar, stop by Twin Peaks. read more

I've been to this twin peaks and every single time I go it's always the same experience! I decided to come in and try one more time to see if anything has changed and sadly it hasn't. The bartenders are absolutely rude, and it's near impossible to get service here. They take forever to get drinks and never check on you. Zero customer service. They seem to only care about their other co workers and some regulars. I don't understand why every time I come in here I get the worst service I'm very polite and I always tip over 25% regardless and I'm a bartender myself so I know what it takes to do a good job. Decent chain restaurant similar to Hooters I guess or Tilted Kilt. The waitresses are all dressed the same, small tops and small bottoms. The restaurant itself is pretty big with all types of seating. Tables, High Tops, booths, etc. They were able to accommodate our decent sized group right away so they get a plus for that. It was busy but there were only a handful of tables open and those looked filled up once we left. The menu is basic main entrees, burgers, salads, sandwiches, appetizers, etc. I had the steak which was pretty good. Service was good. One waitress for our entire our group and she got all of our orders right which is not always the case with a large group. She was super nice but Just strange to get 3 meals out of 4... then eat alone because your meal came 15 minutes after everyone else's,, then one persons meal was wrong (like way wrong lol) then came back 15 minutes after everyone was finished. I've been to a few Twin Peaks in the past. They are pretty consistent at each one. They have the same menu and the food tastes the same. It is a cool place to just hang out, watch a game, have a bite and a beer. Nothing to really write home about. The waitresses wear short skirts with a plaid shirt tied in the front and winter boots. Our waitress was very nice and helpful. Currently the menu is limited due to COVID-19 but I was able to get some boneless wings (I much more prefer traditional wings). First. The food has never disappointed here. Almost everything one the menu is good. I love the Crispy Buffalo Chicken Salad. Also get the cheese balls tossed in the spicy garlic wing sauce. Second. My first visit I was served by Taylor who might be the best server I have ever had. She has since moved to the bar but is the most genuine and knowledgeable bartender/server I have had. They are very quick at getting you what you want. They pour strong drinks and the food is hittin. We always get the spicy garlic boneless wings. Very good. So, me and my buddy finished a long day of buisness and we're very hungry and Twin Peaks Arapahoe was right next to where we finished up for the day. We Walk in and the first thing the lady says is do you have a mask? We did not, hoping that they would provide one for us and accept our buisness. I asked if they had any or if we could just walk to the table and she said no. So we asked if there was anyway we could get a table with out a mask and they said no. So we said alright if you don't want our money we will leave. They obviously don't care for their buisness enough to provide a 10 cent mask to customers. The worst place I have been in the USA, there is absolutely no concept of service, the manager simply doesn't want to talk to customers. McDonald's has more service than this place. In order for you to understands, if you want to introduce your opinion or have a question about quality of the food, they just stop talking to you, call for security guard and they close your tab and make you leave. I ask what is the reason? They explained to me like it the waitress can't serve the table, because to much argue with her, and client have to leave.
