Food is always pretty good, service is hit or miss. If you are not a man you will not get any service. Fitting to the atmosphere. I have had great service on the floor but NEVER at the bar and only when men are with us. Our bartender Kyla tonight was pretty much ignoring us and gave us severely under poured drinks. She obviously couldn't handle the bar top on the other side of us, the well, and the patrons on our side of the bar. I have been a regular here for a little over a year gotten to know many of the girls at work they're even gotten drinks with some of the girls after work I've heard many things about the management here and all I can say is it's disgusting the way the general manager Josh Garza treats these girls I've seen him on multiple occasions inappropriately touch the girls I've heard many stories of him trying to get with the girls and when they don't they get bad treatment at work and all the managers including the owner turn the other way as if these girls aren't subjected enough at work it's sad that they experience even more from the general manager I hope corporate takes care of this because it's sad. read more

Went to twin peaks with my wife a few Letha after they opened. Wanted to check out something new and see what it was like. We ordered our food and waited maybe 20 mins or longer just for the appetizers. Food finally comes out and it was cold and very salty. Every single time I've been here the service is amazing, however they really need to evaluate their bartending staff at the back bar. After I closed my tab, I decided I wanted another. I went to the back bar and they were so rude. One refused to serve me for no reason, and the other was upset about a tip that wasn't "big enough" for one beer that I would be taking back to my table. I LOVE this place. I've been to this specific location a handful of times and the food is absolutely the best sports food around. The new Bubbas over by the mall is okay but you genuinely cannot beat the smoked wings from twin peaks. The waitresses are absolutely stunning and provide wonderful service. There has only been one time where they forgot about our beer but we ended up getting a big size instead to make up for it. Hostess with the mostess ATTITUDE and longest neon yellow nails...Was upset she had to do her job and cater to the customer, whether it be a family of 3 or 1, with a child or not with a child...you cater to the customer! When asked to get a high chair...she made the unnecessary comment "babies aren't usually welcome here." Almost all good. The draft beer was as cold as a welldigger's ass, the food was good but nothing special (as you would expect from any chain), the service was a bit slow but reliable and the number of TVs with sports was excellent. I deduct one point because in addition to the crowd noise the music they were playing was loud, loud, LOUD! We had to shout at each other in our booth just to be heard. The atmosphere is comfortable. You can definitely tell who the younger staff are. A few hostess/waitresses were listening to air pods, but it was slow so it's not incredibly off putting. My husband and I were visiting Lubbock for the first time while moving our daughter in for her Freshman year of college. We have visited several restaurants, breakfast, lunch and dinner while here. We have been faced with some of the slowest and worst service we've ever experienced. After going to two "must visit" local spots tonight and finding them closed we ended up here. We were immediately greeted by Andrea who was very friendly and excited to seat us. After hearing this was not our first visit to TP but is was our first visit to this location, she said "hope you have as good of an experience here". Izzy waited on our table. She was super friendly and very attentive! We had cold beer and some amazing wings. The classic flavor and lemon pepper. They were perfectly cooked and seasoned.
