Then we had the referral girl Miranda who was amazing & would climb mountains for our son when it came to his needs but Miranda left the office 8 months ago NOT THE SAME! Our son needs referrals for specialist, etc. & now I'm having to go back & forth endlessly for either my sons diapers or nutrition supplement drinks which is always the company's fault the paperwork is not filled out correctly! Then today when we're scheduled for my sons annual with a different provider because Dr. Bingham is on vacation... it's just an annual so we make this appointment with this other provider! We're running 5 minutes beyond our 15 minute late window & have been a patient there for 9 years yet they say sorry let's reschedule you.... Really! Dr. Kennedy this other provider couldn't even be bothered to see my son because we were running 5 minutes over their 15 minute late window, are you kidding me! That did it.... That was definitely all the straw that we needed! Unfortunately this is no longer the whole package that it once was in the beginning when we started with them in 2016! Therefore yes we need to move on, sad to say how often this happens to medical practices because it's not being ran smoothly as a whole!

Where the words they're using are professionals with their tone is discussing. Very disappointed, because we do love Jordan, and we do love. Doctor Shepard, but if you allow that to be your front desk ...Doctors, this is a problem. Also, the woman who checked me in didn't make eye contact with me and yelled at me from her chair that I owed twenty five dollars instead of coming to the window and calling us. What the heck is going on.
