I emailed back and forth with Susan at his office who easily scheduled my Husband and I some time to meet with Ben that easily fit in with our schedule. Upon arriving at the office we immediately felt welcomed by Susan and their nice reception area. A few minutes later we met with Ben who answered all our questions about investing with ease, and made us feel confident in his abilities. My Husband and I don't have money by any stretch of the imagination, but Ben made us feel just as important as if we did. I had never invested in anything before (my parents are very old school so that's how I grew up to think about money) but Ben made me very comfortable and confident in his abilities with investments and predicting the market, as well as with Edward Jones as a company.
