I started my journey with Twin Waves in November of 2024. I had recently left a high stress, fast paced corporate job of 17 years and had started my own business. I was working on unraveling old patterns and habits and regulating my nervous system after years of chronic stress. Network spinal was introduced to me by my coach to help regulate my nervous system and release pent up stress and trauma. Little did I know I'd be on a path to deep inner healing that has been the most liberating and challenging experience of my life. Throughout my time with Twin Waves, I've been able to release so much stress and trauma from my body that not only am I seeing the impact on my nervous system, but also my spinal alignment since I have scoliosis which has been an added bonus. I visited Twin Waves Wellness Center for a Network Spinal session with genuine curiosity and an open mind. The staff were welcoming and professional throughout the visit, which I appreciated. However, my overall experience was overshadowed by what felt like a strong emphasis on sales and package enrollment. There was an extensive collection of personal information upfront, some of which did not seem directly relevant to the treatment itself. Following what was a relatively short treatment session, a significant amount of time was spent discussing pricing structures, package options, visit frequencies, and long-term commitments. I understand that Network Spinal is often approached as a long-term wellness journey. My concern was not with the recommendation of ongoing care itself, but with what felt like an assumption that I would move forward with a frequent-visit program. I would have appreciated more opportunity to evaluate the treatment experience and discuss different options based on my individual preference before being encouraged toward a specific level of commitment. I personally believe healthcare decisions work best when patients feel informed and empowered to choose their own path, rather than feeling directed toward a predetermined care plan. follow-up communications continued to emphasize pricing options, package structures, and recurring care plans. The philosophy and approach may resonate with individuals seeking a highly holistic, nervous-system-focused wellness experience. For me personally, the emphasis on long-term care plans, frequent visits, and the broader wellness framework was not the right fit. This review is not intended as criticism rather, it is an honest account of my experience as a prospective client. I went to this practice and found that the way it works is they give you a very long detailed assessment and then require you to decide right then which package you want to sign up for (that are all in the thousands of dollars)! They said that they would give me 48 hours to decide when I looked shocked. Either way, this felt incredibly unprofessional and underhanded to me. The focus is clearly not on the patient's well being. I since went and saw that many of their reviews are posted by people they know like their sister and husband, but are not presented as such. Beware... this is not an evidence based business, as they suggest. This is a $$ focused business for sure. read more

My physician recommended Twin Waves Wellness to me with great enthusiasm. I decided to give it a try as I was struggling with all sorts of physical and mental ailments for several years, and my regular doctors, including specialists wielding MRIs, X-rays, and ultrasounds, were baffled by some of these problems that were not improving. I went to meet Drs. Kira and Suzanna and was impressed with their welcoming, cheerful, confident attitudes, but I confess I was deeply skeptical about this treatment. It's not easy to find info about it on the internet, and I could not figure out how what they were doing to me could possibly help me. After a month, however, I'm feeling better than I have in years. The list of improvements is simply too long to write here. These include improved or eliminated joint pain (e.g., persistent runner's knee), digestive problems (e.g., persistent heartburn), various nerve and muscular aches, skin improvements, and mental health. I eat less overall and eat better, and somehow, these shifts (like losing my love of soda), came with very little effort at all (one study of the treatment shows that network spinal care is correlated with picking up new, better habits). I'm more emotionally calm even in stressful situations. Some emotional and energy blockages seem to have been relieved (I've cried during the treatments--a very normal reaction, apparently-- and sometimes I don't even know why). Since I started treatment so skeptically, I do not think these results were a placebo effect. Something real is happening here-- and I'm very thankful. read more

Dr. Kira and Dr. Suzanna are AMAZING! When I first met them (serendipitously) and they explained how I could benefit from their care, I was interested but very reluctant. I have had a fair amount of physical and emotional trauma, which had resulted in chronic pain pretty much everywhere. I had also developed fibromyalgia after a severe ankle break that has given me significant pain on top of everything else. I've tried everything under the sun with western medicine which only made things worse, so it left me extremely skeptical and reluctant. After undergoing my first set of sessions, my chronic pain lessened significantly, my mood lifted significantly and my overall outlook drastically changed which left me astonished! It started with my wanting to address back pain that had been plaguing me for almost 5 years, and trying many things without success. Since my late 30s, I would periodically get back pain that would sideline me for weeks or months. It was so random. I would lift a light object. I would walk off a small step. Or my least-favorite: I would do absolutely nothing physical, and still my back pain will come on strong! Despite physical therapy, despite standard chiropractic care, despite massage therapy, despite a cortisone shot, despite working with a personal trainer who analyzed my every move, I was getting periodical back pain. It was depressing and was affecting my life. It was my physical therapist, who suggested that I visit Twin Waves. When I first started going to Twin Waves, I was skeptical. There is not the popping and cracking of a standard chiropractor. I wasn't familiar with network spinal care. And while I still don't know exactly how it all works, I now know that the benefits have been incredible! After the first month, my back pain went away. It even stayed away after I majorly tested it with hiking and snowboarding and even slipping on ice (not by design!). I came to Dr Kira and Dr Suzanna at a major transition period in my life. Lots of big changes--in both circumstance and perspective.
