We contacted the company. My wife spoke with Irving, who indicated that he was the one who had installed the flooring in our house. He set up an appointment with my wife to come inspect. He didn't show up. We rescheduled. He didn't show up again. Then he stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. And good luck getting in touch with the company at all - their phone system either doesn't function, or if you're lucky enough to get through, you get an outgoing message saying to leave a voicemail... but you can't because their voicemail system is full. I have called 100 times in the last two weeks. What a joke of a company.

Everything was going well until the final touch up's and cleaning paint off areas that should not have been paint. All that is left is to remove the old washing machine and dryer and paint the bottom of the kitchen cabinets. I have been trying to contact Irving and Adolfo since September 15, 2023. They won't answer my phone calls or text messages. All I want to do is find out when they will finish the job I paid for. So now I have to find another painter to finish painting the kitchen cabinets. And I have to get rid of the old washing machine and dryer. The job was scheduled to be completed in 2 weeks, beginning July 22, 2023. I'm extremely disappointed and I would not use them again or recommend them.

The notice, from the company that made the carpet, said any other vacuum cleaner would make it fuzzy. I went to Plaza Carpet to speak with the owner, David, who claimed that he didn't know anything about how the carpet should be vacuumed. He acknowledged absolutely no responsibility for how it should be vacuumed, even though HE WAS THE ONE WHO SOLD THE CARPET TO ME. The receptionist, who had sent me the notice about the Sanitaire vacuum cleaner, came out to say it is only a recommendation. She said the carpet should be fine. David literally walked away from me, denying any responsibility at all. Well, I went home and looked carefully at the carpet only to realize that in fact it was already getting fuzzy from our Shark vacuum cleaner. We have always had wool carpets and we have never had this problem before. BEWARE OF PLAZA CARPET COMPANY.

As is customary for re-models, a plumber has to come and reinstall the toilets. The plumbers they recommended were excellent, friendly, and very reasonably priced. When I brought my contractor in to help remodel one of my units, they took the time to break down all the options to help us match the flooring perfectly. They went over different vinyl options for both the bathroom and kitchen, making sure we had all the information we needed. They were super helpful, and even for my social media, they helped me make a little video, and the owner even came over to say hi. They loaded everything up in the truck, and I was on my way in no time. They have excellent pricing, great service, and are genuinely kind people.
