This relates to what comes across as current communication issues. And if I come to Yelp and highlight the good, it is only fair to also highlight when an experience with a company... is not good. I do not have a problem with a business being busy. That is a good problem for a business to have. My issue comes, when instead of saying you are busy, the business continually makes appts or followups they do not keep. At that point you do something I have a problem with, you waste the one thing none of us can afford to waste, you waste time. In this case you waste my time and that, especially when you do it repeatedly, I find annoying and unprofessional. If you can't do a job, say that, I am happy to give business to others. And it is preferable to over-promising and under-delivering. Will not belabor the point, that is my most recent experience. And hopefully this review saves you... time. Thanks.

For backstory: We had a leak coming into our home for a few months before their service. Since they offered a complete evaluation of the roof and gutter area, I decided to go with this team. When they finished, I reached out to receive their report via email. It came back saying everything was in good shape, so we had a contractor come out to take another look. Turns out the repair needed was so obvious to the contractor (from two stories below) that he didn't even have to use his drone to evaluate the damage. It's hard to wonder how these professionals missed such a glaring problem. Just yesterday, we had a handyman come out to do the repair and while up on the roof they noted that we even had a tile completely broken in half just above the damage to the soffet and fascia (of which you could see from below). In a sentence: This team cleans gutters, if you are in need of a reliable inspection/maintenance evaluation--I suggest you go with someone else.

They were the lowest bid but the red flag should have came when I felt I could smell alcohol on Bob. Maybe it was mouthwash... at 1st the communication was great but once the job was completed but my leak was still not fixed I became a second thought, there was always another job. The owner TJ was actually helpful and professional he did get someone out right away but sadly the leak took 3 more attempts to repair. This went on for over a month... My bill was $1200 but if the repair couldn't be fixed after the 1st attempt $400 would go to a new contract for a full roof replacement of around $8000. I would have been a fool to sign a new contract. Sadly a crew was dispatched a 4th time and thank God one of my security cameras saw their 25ft ladder fall and damage my wife's car. It was like pulling teeth to get my roof fixed and the insurance information to file a claim. One of the supervisors Ricardo came out and he was very apologetic and not only did he repair my roof he produced the information needed for my claim. We need our small and local businesses to succeed and hopefully they will but when it came to my experience with Bob there was no consistency or any level of comfort. As hard working paying customers people deserve more, therefore I would not recommend Aero or use them once I need a roof replacement. Maybe you'll have better luck but your research

Basically the whole top of the house. The owner TJ gave me a really good price relative to other estimates. The work was done in stages. It took 6 days but each day they completely cleaned up, and it was not easy because of camellias and azaleas growing against the house. They covered the bushes to protect them. When the job was done, I had an issue or two, as I am kinda picky, but I went ahead and paid my balance and hoped they would come back. They did and fixed everything to my total satisfaction. A really good job and very reasonable for the amount of work. I will be going back for more renovations as I can afford.
