When the whiskey was almost out I never knew. Instead of pulling me from my guests or worse yet telling people we were out they took it upon themselves to send a teammate to the store...twice...which was particularly awesome because the nearest store was 25mins away. We literally had guests come up to us and compliment us on how great the bartenders were. They really go above and beyond and one of the cool things they did was come out a few weeks before the wedding and made different cocktails for us to sample so we could see which ones we wanted served at our wedding. They thoughtfully included delicious mocktail options for our pregnant guests, which was such a wonderful touch. Their organization and preparation were impeccable. Drinks flowed all night, guests were happy, and they never ran out of anything. They were constantly one step ahead. They are detailed, responsive, have clear quotes and contracts, and even supply their own glassware!! At the final walkthrough at the venue they came prepared, really paid attention to all aspects of the venue and the plan, inspected the bar they were going to use (since it was from the venue, not one of theirs), and asked great questions to make sure they fully understood the Run of Show. On the wedding day they made beautiful drinks, were extremely efficient, and were a true pleasure to work with.
