They really go above and beyond and one of the cool things they did was come out a few weeks before the wedding and made different cocktails for us to sample so we could see which ones we wanted served at our wedding. They thoughtfully included delicious mocktail options for our pregnant guests, which was such a wonderful touch. Trish was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout the year my family had the misfortune of working with her. She would put unauthorized charges on our invoice and when asked about these additional charges she responded with an attitude, cutting the conversation short saying she would give us a call back about it(which she never did). A week before the event, she called us to confirm details: the name and the age of the birthday person, and somehow, after telling her the correct information on the call(which is also the invoice) she managed to get the age wrong. All of this with no apology or acknowledgment whatsoever. However, the catering staff did an excellent job and were very kind, which was unfortunately overshadowed by the indecorum of Trish. Although Trish did a great job on the decorations, I would absolutely not recommend booking with her due to the amount of unprofessionalism we experienced.
