Tried to get a better picture of the menu! Barista was friendly today, I felt bad correcting her when she handed me a hot latte after i asked for it iced since there were other cars in line. but she willingly remade it and reassured me it was ok! If you like your coffee less sweet I would get an extra shot of espresso or something because the coffee flavor doesn't come through that much even when just ordering a vanilla latte. Also got a bagel breakfast sandwich, I got the jalapeño cheddar bagel w/sausage and no cream cheese. nothing to get overly excited about, but no complaints. Dang this place was so cute! I loved the coffee so much. I got a chai latte with espresso added and I was pleasantly surprised at the pine/juniper aftertaste. It was an unexpected but welcome flavor to the coffee. Keep up the awesome service Twisted Juniper. You are at the top of my list for my next Oregon visit. read more

Ordered three vanilla lattes - one hot, two iced. Didn't take my first sip until I was back on the road. SO,SO sweet - just too much. Humm, not sure what to say. The coffee was great but when you go to Starbucks and Sisters coffee all the baristas are in masks and shields. Here, no mask, no gloves, and bare hands touching the lid to our coffee. Under current conditions this was way too loose. read more

I've never waited in line so long at a coffee kiosk. When I finally ordered my coffee, I realized that the baristas weren't wearing masks or gloves. With the same hand they took my cash, then handed me my coffee...with their hand right on the lid. After I pulled away I thought about what I just saw, and quickly tossed my coffee. What a waste of $5. If you don't believe in Covid, or think you're immune, this is the place for you! But for everyone else, pretty much any option is better. read more

I have been a regular customer for 2 years and recently there has been new ownership, seems that all the old employees left or got fired and all new hired. I order an iced drink every time and it takes around 10 min waiting. Every time the drink taste different, I have returned to have remake 3 times in the last month. I order the same drink every time. They write it down then it's always a vanilla latte?? Don't understand when they write it down. Crew needs training! I will not be returning. Really sad because it was my favorite coffee shop. read more

I ordered a Heaven frappe and that was days ago. I'm still thinking about it. Lovely customer service and really really good coffee. We also ordered the Mixed Berry smoothies with cream and they were fantastic. They were for our kids so we had to sneak a few sips here and there. Thanks again ladies! read more

We came through during a busy weekend and ordered two coffees. The barista was not wearing a mask or gloves. She yelled out to her friend while holding our coffees; apparently she missed the menu on droplets and spread of covid. Calling OHSA on Monday to report, as this was a total violation of current rules. This felt terribly unsafe and we threw our coffees away. People need to wear masks. It is a simple thing to do and if they don't agree, they shouldn't be open. read more

Definitely disappointing. They need to try harder. Half frozen costco muffin. I asked to warm it up please, they did without taking plastic wrap off... coffee was not good at all. I threw the muffin and the coffee away. They could do a lot better with some effort. read more

The Barista wrote our order down which I thought would've taken out the possibility that our order would be wrong, sadly not the case. 3 of 4 drinks were wrong and when 2 of them were fixed they were still not what we ordered. I never leave reviews, but I was very dissatisfied. read more

I've tried this coffee shop several times as a new resident of sisters Oregon; with coffee shacks popping up all over town, and frankly ones with better coffee... I would at least expect a thank you when I buy coffee. I don't want the over silly greetings that Dutch bros gives you that seems to waste time - But when I spend $5.25 I expect someone to at least say hello, how are you? Or thank you. The owner of this shack has obviously not trained anybody on customer service or also how to make a proper chai latte. read more

Worst coffee we have ever had! Got the order wrong and had to redo it, and then we couldn't even tell which was vanilla latte and which was a mocha. Asked for extra hot but even second try at making it was lukewarm at best. We thought we would try something new but will stick with the Sisters Coffee Company from now on! read more

if youre not open on sundays put a stinking sign up!!! your hours say 7am-5pm with no closings... and at 7:16 there's nobody there.
