    Bacon breakfast burrito
    Trish L.

I was actually on my way to a different place but this seemed to fit my needs a little better. I pulled in and was not disappointed. A porchlight coffee (served in my own tumbler) is the perfect balance between maple cinnamon and delicious coffee. The bacon breakfast burrito has crisp bacon in every bite with pillowy eggs and shredded potato. Despite 4 people being in the drive-through when I arrived the line moved really quickly, and I was out in less than five.

This is the most charming coffee stand with fun seasonal decor, an incredible coffee line up, plus a great breakfast menu too! When I drove through the owner greeted me with a warm hello and terrific service - It made my day! Already been there 2 times...

Cute place, friendly worker and the coffee was good. Ordered a latte with hazelnut and it tasted like it should.

Cafe des Chutes is one of my proudest finds in Bend! This cafe is so good that we visited twice…read moreduring our stay. Cafe des Chutes is a cute, European-style cafe that invites you to slow day and enjoy a pastry and coffee on their patio. During each visit, we ordered coffee and at least two items to try a little bit of everyone. I loved that they were offering samples on both days that we went - one day was the Oregon roll and the other was their specialty bread pudding. I was sold on the Oregon Roll! This is their speciality, rolls up marionberry jam inside a croissant with a hazelnut butter glaze. Other items we ordered included the pistachio croissant, peanut butter brownie, Brie and fig jam baguette, jalepeno cheddar scone, and seasonal bread pudding. Everything was a chef's kiss! You can't go wrong here. Be prepared to drop a bag you won't regret. We spent at least $50 during each visit but we were satisfied with our selection. I still dream of this spot and highly recommend for anyone looking for a good cafe outside of downtown Bend!

We came here for a weekend lunch, ordered baguette sandwiches, coffees, and a hazelnut cookie. All were delicious and they had lots to choose from! We enjoyed walking around afterwards, as the area is perfect for a small outing and shopping. Lots of available free parking as well. We'll be back!
