I took in a vintage Coach bag…read morefor a simple binding patch, they inspected the bag and told me that they could make the repair. I left the bag and they told me to come back the next day. I return to pick up my bag 24 hours later and it is not ready and they have not even started the repair. The man tells me to come back in half an hour. I return almost an hour later and they are still working on the bag. I wait another 45 mins and they bring me the bag. The bag was patched in the most Half hazard way, the stitches are crooked, the patch on one side is not even attached to the bag on on end. We had a fire this past September, she helped us get the smell out of someone of our clothes we were trying to salvage to help us feel more comfortable.
