When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

We've used them four or five times now after having an awful experience with the other nearby dry cleaner, and so far so good. Things have been clean, on time when promised, haven't been ruined, and the pricing isn't bargain but it's fine. I give them extra credit for knowing their limitations: another piece that had been ruined by the other cleaner was in an uncleanable condition, and they admitted as much before taking our money to try to clean it. Places that do the cleaning themselves tend to know this stuff much more than the ship-off-to-cleaning-plant storefront operations. We haven't tried any tailoring/alterations here as yet, but they do them on-site. I'm giving them four stars within the category of dry cleaners largely because every other place has been a two or a one thus far, so you figure within same-class they're well above average.

They completely ruined it. It came back a full 6 inches shorter in the back than in the front. I mentioned it when I went in initially as the way she had it pinned made it look like it would be shorter in the back but she assured me that was just the way she pinned it and the finished product would be fine. It is not. It's not even wearable at this point. I will never go back here. They have no idea what they're doing. They didn't ask me to try it on when I picked it up and I didn't really think anything about it because it was a straightforward alteration. Now I know why they just let me walk out with it.

I took my work trousers into the cleaners on a Thursday afternoon (10 pairs). I asked to have them laundered and pressed, as well as removal of one small marker stain. I was told it would be $9 extra for the "possible" stain removal, and that everything would be ready on Tuesday afternoon. I asked if Monday afternoon was possible, and was told yes. I was happy to hear, on Monday afternoon, that my trousers were cleaned and ready for pick-up. I arrived 30 minutes before closing and paid for my pants. I asked if the stain was removed, and was told that it was.....because there was no tag on the pants to indicate otherwise. Since everything was packed and tied together, I didn't want to unpack and check.....trusting them. The woman at the counter (both times) was nice and pleasant. However, when I got home and unpacked everything to put in my closet, I found that the pants looked like they hadn't been laundered......only pressed (maybe). There was lint all over all of the pants. But the biggest thing was that the wrinkles around the groin and upper legs, as well as near the pockets.....that trousers get from wearing them, were all still there on nearly all of the pants. They weren't subtly there, but fully there......so I highly doubt that they say water, nor an iron. They smell fresh, but that can be obtained from Febreeze or something similar. It does look like the marker stain was removed, as I can't find it on the beige pair of trousers.....and that pair is the one that looks pressed all over. Funny, right? Considering the order was $90+ and I'm not sure they were laundered/pressed, I can't give higher ratings. At a professional, experienced cleaner, they wouldn't give items back that were wrinkled, nor with lint. I have to say, I'm newly returned to the Berkshires from CA (where I had 10 years of perfect service at my dry cleaners) and am disappointed with the business offerings and quality. I went to Nifty because the Williamstown Royal Cleaners also provided poor service on dry cleaning my suit.
