When my great granddaughter was getting ready for her prom, I took Oriana there and Leona took her measurements. I ordered the dress. When it was delivered, we made an appointment and went to Leonna. She did the final fitting and steamed a very elaborate 3D gown. Great job!!! My only problem with Leona, is that she doesn't charge enough money. Seriously. I feel guilty every time I walk out the door. Call her before going. She is now located on Duck Pond Road in Castleton

When I took the suit out of the dry cleaner bag there were all these threads hanging off of the…read morepant cuffs. I cut them off and wore the suit. The next day I took it in to them and they gave me a really hard time. All I wanted was for them to fix the suit to the condition I brought it in. They argued and said they wouldn't re hem the pants. When the auto text came in, they charged me $22 to clean the suit. I also noticed there was a bad iron mark on the sleeve which I didn't even talk about but would never wear the suit in public. The damage was so bad, I can't wear the suit. Just about the worse customer service I've ever had. Really bad dry cleaner.

I also asked them to fix a tear, clean up a stain, and condition my beloved leather bomber jacket. The person I spoke to was very interested in the coat, we chatted a good bit about it, and she assured me it would be well taken care of. A couple hours later, she called and informed me that they'd noticed that an inside panel at the back of the neck was also quite damaged. She wanted to make sure I was aware of this (I was) and assured me that they would do all they could to repair this as well because "I know how much this coat means to you." I didn't think this patch even could be repaired, which I why I hadn't mentioned it--to have it be noticed and addressed with such kindness means a lot to me. Professional, friendly, thorough, and kind. I'm looking forward to working with this business for a long time.

Couple years ago I had two pairs of boots re-soled.... actually I had one pair of salt brand new…read moresoles which fell off in less than one full work week. The other pair, were the original soles to be glued back on the boot they are old hiking boots which were rarely used and the glue had dried out. I finally started wearing them this summer although not for hiking just casually.... after one week the soles fell off these boots as well. Taking a look, George or whatever his name is who runs the shop didn't even braid the leather of the boot, didn't clean it, didn't remove the old glue from the sole, didn't clean up or scuff the surface- apparently he just spread a few dabs of glue on each surface and called it good. Which it obviously wasn't. So this is two pairs of boots one new Vibram re-sole, one re-gluing of an essentially new sole, and both failed in less than one week. Not only that, but getting the work done was a ridiculous waste of time the first pair of boots had to be re-glued before I even left left the shop with them. This guy should not be in business. And you should not be taking your shoes or anything here. Even if there were no charge it would still be too much money for the low quality that the shop puts out. For $135 I could've gotten much better work elsewhere- and ultimately I brought these to a shop in Troy where they were fixed correctly. Over the past 50 years this is by far the worst shoe repair experience I've had.
