Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I went because i wanted to cut my hair into a long bob but my consultation specialist looked at my hair and said my hair was fried. There was nothing he could do, I was so confused. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try. I started seeing Tracy about a year ago when I totally botched my hair using boxed dye. I turned my dark brown hair all shades of orange and red. Oops. I went in and she fixed it to a beautiful brunette with blonde highlights. Every touch-up was better than the last.
